I found a wallet on Fuse chain. I know that since it is decentralized nothing can be done, but for example on bsc they can block transactions on sca mmer wallets.

Fuse is a public and decentralized blockchain, I understand that nothing can be done since no one can manipulate other people's wallets, not even the Fuse team.
Perhaps you have seen wallet blocks on Centralized Exchanges, such as Binance, Coinbase, etc...
That's what I understand, but perhaps someone from the official Fuse team, with more knowledge than me, can correct me.
