Yes! we have just concluded a network upgrade recently that fixed some bugs for the consensus. Next upgrade we will start rolling out very soon and will focus on fee burning of Fuse tokens and several other updates like the inflation update shortly after. We will communicate regarding a validator AMA we will do soon to update everyone on the tokenomics and the CDK migration status. So yes there will be a new section for tokenomics on our website and docs in the next few months. Any suggestion from the community is greatly apperciated we want to hear any feedack on this from the communtiy.

We have a new CTO joining Fuse, we had a small hackathon in Poland we did 3 weeks ago we are now implementing the learnings. We wanted to test our new Console to onbaord the developers (https://console.fuse.io/build) so this is why we want to roll out a bigger hackathon once we get the green light from our CTO. It will be in Q2 hopefully very soon.

Thank you for the answer on this @MarkSmargon, so Fuse is competing on several frontiers, sometimes competition actually turns into a collective effort and formation of partnerships working towards a common goal. Thats great to hear!
So our next question is a bit mixed, related to both developer activities and events on Fuse and the integration with Polygon ecosystem
This is great, so Fuse vision remains to lead the business adoption for blockchain services and become the most friendly blockchain where businesses can onboard their customers to web3. Stipe is a great analogy here!
So let's move on to understanding the scope of the competition for Fuse in the crypto space:
Q3: @MarkSmargon Who does Fuse see as competitors in the space at the moment? How does Fuse plan to compete with these projects?
We believe that blockchains space will be a valuable commodity used by all of us in the future. There will be different blockchains for different products, audiences and jurisdictions. Currently demand for blockchain space is driven primairly by retails and institutional investors. We believe that mainstream adoption will come when we will start to see more business adoption for blockchain services. Fuse vision is to be the most friendly business hub where businesses can onboard their customers to web3. What Stripe did to web2 businesses that wanted to integrate payments we want to do to web3 businesses.

Yes Fuse is still focused on payments and we are doing a blockchain for payments before L1's L2's and EVM forks became fashionable - Fuse mainnet launched in September 2019. Fuse narrative is that in the future businesses and consumers will use blockchains not only for the purpose of investing but also to transact with each other. This narrative got some new buzzwords in this bullrun but they are definitely not new narratives. RWA hype was around Tera/Luna last bull run and Depin used to be IoT. we are adapting to the new language in our new materials.

There are 3 types of competitors for Fuse in the blockchain space:
- Other L2's: Celo, Manta, Arbitrum, Metis, Starknet, Mode to name a few
- Web3 payments providers: This is a relatively new category with players like Gnosis pay, Solana pay, Depay
- Business middleware: Thirdweb, WaaS companies like Alchemy etc...
Some of the players we see as more direct competitors and some we are working closely to partner instead of wasting resources competing in a space that is full of opportunities
