ለ ተፈታኝ ተማሪዎች
ውድ ተከታታዮቼ ዛሬ የምመልስላቹህ መልስ ካለፈው ወር ጀምሮ ስትጠይቁኝ የነበረውን ጥያቄ ነው።
መቼ ነው Entrance exam የምንወስደው?
በርግጥ ይህ ጥያቄ ለኔ ሳይሆን ለ ትምህርት ምኒስትር ነበር።
ግን ያው በእኔ በኩል ስለጠየቃችሁኝ ስለ ጉዳዪ ያለኝን መረጃ ልንገራችሁ
የ ዘንድሮ (2012-2013) የ 12ኛ ክፍል ፈተና ጉዳይ ብዙዎችን ብዙ ያስባለ ጉዳይ ነው። በ ሀገራችንም ይህ ክስተት ሲፈጠር ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ነው። እና ወደ ጉዳዪ ስገ ባ
አሁን ላይ ት/ት ምኒስትር ትልቅ ውጥረት ላይ እነደሆነ ነው።
ምክንየቱም
1 ባሳለፍነው ወራቶቸ በ ሰሜኑ ክፍል በተነሳው ጦርነት ምክንያት በሺዎች የሚቆጠሩ ተፈታኝ ተማሪዎች በስደት ላይ እንደሚገኙ ከ ክልሉ ት/ት ቤሮ መረጃ ደርሶናል
2 በዚህ ተያይዞ አሁን ላይ በ ክልሉ እና አጎራባች ቦታዎች ላይ የሚገኙ ተፈታኞች ትልቅ የ ስነ-ልቦና ጉዳት አንደደረሰባቸው ባለሙያዎች ያወጡት መረጃ ያሳያል ስለሆነም መጀመሪያ የ ስነ-ልቦና ትምህርት መውሰድ አለባቸው ብለው የሚሞግቱ አያሌ ናቸው ። ይህም ረጅም ጊዜን የሚጠይቅ ነው።
3 በ ሌላ በኩልም ከት/ት ምኒስትር ውስጥ ስለ ፈተና አሰጣጥ አለመግባባቶች አንዳሉ ነው የሚሰማው። ምክንያቱ ደግሞ የ ታብለቱ ጉዳይ ነው
- በፈተና ወቅት የ ሲይስተም ችግር ቢፈጠርስ
- አብዛኛው ተፈታኝ ስለ ታብለት አጠቃቀም ክህሎት የለውም ስለዚህ ጊዜ ሰጥቶ ማሰልጠን ይገባል የሚሉ አሉ ይህም ጊዜን ይጠይቃል።
- ታብለቶቹም ሙሉ በሙሉ ወደ ሀገራችን አልገቡም።
ሌሎችም ምክንያቶች ያሉ ሲሆን
ግን በ አጠቃላይ ሁሉንም ችግሮች ለነመፍታት ረዘም ያለ ጊዜን ይወስዳል ። ት/ት ምኒስትርም እስከ የ ካቲት አጋማች ድረስ ፈተና ለመስጠት ምንም ዝግጀት እነዳላደረገ ነው መረጃ የሚያሳየው።
ከ የካቲት 20 በኋላ ባሉት ቀናት ይሰጣል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል ።
ስለሆነም ውድ ተፈታኞች እስከዛው ድረስ ራሳችሁን ለፈተና ማዘጋጀታችሁን እነዳትዘነጉ እመክራለሁ ።
