Yeah I know, but for me the both buttons do the same (upgrade all). If it works as intended on Russian version, is it possible that only on English version both buttons are incorrectly linked to the same "upgrade all" -function...? 🤔

What exactly do you mean by level one? Maybe the 1/10 number? If so, that means you got one planet out of your current limit (10). You get more planets by sending one Titan to them. Beware though, the planets may have a pirate fleet or defensive buildings you may need to defeat before you can occupy them, so remember to scout first! 👍

No, you only need to send resources for staking if there are a lot of them. You don't need to do this at the beginning of the game. You can ask the players in the chat for some resources if there are none at all, or you can get them by processing minerals.
