People asked for allocation increase in FCFS because the pool is not full. In response, Lloyd said it wasn't possible.

Then, as you said, we saw the increase allocation in FCFS; So this is possible.

What I don't understand is; Why wasn't the allocation increased again when the pool was still empty and tier owners wanted to buy more? Instead, those who do not have a tier were given allocation which is 200 USDT each. This didn't seem fair. :)
