THE MISSION
Most companies only test if employees click links. 0xYforia builds the "Digital Twin" of enterprise security. We automate the "Post-Click" attack chain in a mirrored sandbox to programmatically audit if the Client’s EDR/SIEM actually detected the threat. We move security from "Assumed Efficacy" to "Proven Resilience."

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (The Full-Stack Loop)
1. Backend & API Orchestration (Development):
◦ Build the core "Truth Engine" in Python or Go to manage the lifecycle of a phishing attack.
◦ Develop high-performance Read-Only API Connectors for Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, and CrowdStrike.
◦ Code the Correlation Logic that matches attack timestamps and PIDs with security log alerts.
2. Infrastructure as Code (DevOps):
◦ Automate "Mirror VM" provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.
◦ Architect a containerized backend using Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.
◦ Manage automated cloud lifecycles in Azure/AWS to spin up and destroy production-identical Windows environments on-demand.
3. Red Team & Adversary Emulation (Offensive Security):
◦ Develop "Neutered Malware" scripts based on Atomic Red Team and MITRE ATT&CK.
◦ Automate post-exploitation frameworks (e.g., Sliver C2) via gRPC/API.
◦ Execute "Living off the Land" (LotL) techniques to bypass static signatures and test behavioral detection.
4. Windows OS Internals (Low-Level):
◦ Deep-dive into Windows Processes, Registry, and Memory (LSASS).
◦ Monitor Kernel-mode callbacks and understand how EDRs utilize ETW (Event Tracing for Windows).

REQUIREMENTS
• Practical Hacker Mentality: Experience with CTFs, Bug Bounties, or Red Teaming. You know how to bypass basic AV/EDR signatures.
• Full-Stack Infrastructure: Proven experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Cloud Networking.
• Code Mastery: Expert in Python or Go; proficiency in C# or C/C++ for low-level OS interaction is a major plus.
• Architecture: Ability to build a CLI-first MVP that handles complex log-latency and retry logic.
• Integrity: Absolute adherence to our US-Addis Data Air-Gap. You build the engine in a sandbox; we drive the car in production.
