There are thousands of rape cases in India where consensual relationships are being called rape by claiming false promise of marriage.
Endless cases where men were immediately arrested only to be proved innocent after years of languishing in Jail and facing a criminal trial.
Unfortunately the law is not strict enough to punish false accusers. Rapists should get harshest punishment. False accusers should also get harshest punishment
These observations were made while hearing a habeas corpus plea moved by a mother alleging that his 2.5-year-old son was allegedly illegally detained by his father from her residence.
It was stated that the woman was harassed by his husband and in-laws and hence she left her matrimonial house in May along with their 2-year-old son and started living at her parents'home.
However, the husband argued that she was having an extra-marital affair in her office and when their son was 5 months old she resumed working and the child was fed with substituted milk.
Whenever the child did not feel well, he made appointments with the doctor through online mode and consulted with the doctor from time to time
But the court said that the father, who gets custody of a child of such a tender age, in an unlawful manner, cannot be considered that it is for the welfare of child & thus orders him to hand over the custody to the mother.
When will these judges understand that fathers are not second class parents?? Do they not know that single father homes perform better than single mother homes??

In a shocking incident from Muzaffarpur, Bihar, the body of a three-and-a-half-year-old girl was discovered inside a trolley bag. The girl, identified as Mishti Kumari, was found behind the Rambagh FCI godown.
Kajal Kumari (the kid's mother), has been missing since 2 PM on Friday, raising suspicions that she may have been involved in the heinous crime. It is believed that Kajal, who was allegedly involved in an illicit affair, conspired with her lover to murder her daughter before fleeing the scene. According to the police, Kajal took all her jewelry, Aadhaar card, and other essential items with her before disappearing.
The family firmly believes that Kajal is responsible for her daughter's murder.
