CTC- 20-25k pm
Key Responsibilities:
a-Develop and deliver training programs and workshops tailored to district needs.
b-Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
c-Coordinate with local stakeholders and educational institutions to support training efforts.
d- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
🔹Field Officer
Location- Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
CTC -50-55k pm
Key Responsibilities:
a- Implement and oversee field operations and projects according to organisational guidelines.
b- Conduct surveys, collect data, and monitor project progress in the field.
c-Engage with community members, local authorities, and stakeholders to promote program objectives and gather feedback.
d-Provide training and support to local teams and volunteers.
Prepare and submit reports on field activities, challenges, and outcomes.
🔹Program Manager Monitoring & Evaluation
Location- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
CTC- 50-55k pm
Key Responsiblities:
a-Develop and implement M&E frameworks and strategies for program assessment.
b-Design and oversee data collection processes, including surveys and field assessments.
c- Analyse data to evaluate program performance and impact.
d- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational M&E standards and donor requirements.
🔹Trainer & Curriculum Developer
Location- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
CTC- 60-65k Pm
a-Develop and design training curricula, materials, and resources tailored to organizational goals.
b-Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to diverse audiences.
c-Assess training needs and adapt content based on feedback and evaluations.
d-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Location:Pune
Education: Post Graduate degree in social science/social work
Experience: Minimum of 8 - 10years of experience in Conducting Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and Capacity Needs Assessment (CNA), Facilitation of trainings and workshops, Designing modules and manuals in the field of livelihood, agriculture, agri-business, and entrepreneurship for SHGs/FPOs/farmers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct TNA and CNA to identify capacity-building needs.
• Design and facilitate training programs and workshops.
• Develop modules and manuals for effective knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to align capacity-building efforts with project goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of capacity-building initiatives.
• Provide technical support to field teams.
• Stay updated on best practices in capacity building in the relevant sectors.
