Job Title: CSR Executive
Location: New Delhi (Work from Office)
Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum

Job Description:
Renukiran Welfare Foundation is seeking a motivated and dynamic CSR Executive to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will develop and implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, manage partnerships, create proposals, apply against RFPs, and ensure effective communication and reporting on CSR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives aligned with the foundation's goals.
• Manage CSR projects from conception through implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including corporate partners, government agencies, and community organizations.
• Prepare and present reports on CSR activities and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute CSR events and campaigns to raise awareness and engage the community.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Assist in fundraising and grant application processes.
Essential Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in CSR, corporate partnerships, or related roles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CSR reporting tools.
