Centre of Excellence for Dairy Skills in India (CEDSI) which is working under the Agriculture Skill Council of India.
Position: Business Development Executive.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Agriculture/Dairy/Food Technology / Veterinary Sciences/Social Development/from a reputed university
MBA in Agri Business/rural management or Post Graduate in Agriculture/Dairy Husbandry/Food Technology /MSW
Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Development in the fields of Agriculture, Dairy development, Entrepreneurship, Capacity building etc.
Requirement:
The Centre of Excellence for Dairy Skills in India (CEDSI) is seeking a dynamic incumbent for a key role in strategic partnerships and business development. The successful applicant will be instrumental in:
1. Developing collaborations with state dairy departments, dairy industry, NGOS, CSR organisations and academia to create new business opportunities.
2. Scouting for research and advocacy projects in the dairy sector.
3. Crafting project proposals and organizing client meetings.
4. Engaging in state-level meetings to identify potential projects.
5. Mobilizing CEDSI membership and managing communication media including newsletters, blogs, and social media.
6. Organizing and coordinating capacity-building programs.
7. Developing qualification packs, course curriculum, and training schedules.
8. Monitoring field project progress, preparing MIS reports, and liaising with management.
9. Engaging subject matter experts for training programs as needed.

Job Description:
Bharti Vikas Sansthan is seeking a motivated and dynamic CSR Executive cum BDM to join our team in Jaipur.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, manage partnerships, New Business Develop, create proposals, apply against RFPs, EOIs and ensure effective communication and reporting on CSR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Sansthan goals.
• Manage CSR projects from conception through implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including corporate partners, government agencies, and community organizations.
• Prepare and present reports on CSR activities and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute CSR events and campaigns to raise awareness and engage the community.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Assist in fundraising and grant application processes.
Essential Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in CSR, corporate partnerships, or related roles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CSR reporting tools.
