Role Overview:
Lead a team of field staff to connect entrepreneurs with government and private financing schemes. Responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring field agents (Haqdarshaks). Spend 70% of time on the field engaging with partners, entrepreneurs, and team members. Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders, should have knowledge about *Udyam registration, and Mudra Loans.*
Salary 15k to 20k
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective project development and management.
• Maintain and develop stakeholder relationships (e.g., Banks, NBFCs, Govt. Agencies).
• Manage project reporting and data submission.
• Collaborate with other verticals for project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1-3 years of experience in Banks, NBFCs, or similar institutions.
• Experience in entrepreneurship development projects is preferred.
• Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel as needed.
*What you should have*
Mininimum Graduation is required.
Proficient in Marathi (speaking, reading, writing) , Communicable English (On email)
Good communication skills
Honesty and zeal for working towards impact
Understands the importance of giving the best and is ready to take on challenges
Good with Excel, Word, Internet.
