Main lore:
Amongst the many accursed creatures that inhabit the twisted lands of Wraeclast and beyond, there are some whose nature is particularly mischievous.
The Necromancers, using corpses as their dolls and death as their stage have existed since time immemorial, as soon as the wicked thought of toying with life sprouted into the most devilish of hearts.
Practitioners of this atrocious craft, each rejected from their original kin, have in time come together and honed their respective skills.
Throughout countless centuries, dynasties of necromancers have established themselves, each with a rank relative to their unholy prowess.
At the very top can be found the 7 Ministers and, above them, reigning supreme: the Overlord.

# League Mechanics
Spectral Rally:
Spectral Rally is an in-map activity in which you will find league-tied spectral enemies - called Spectrelates - spread around the map wandering or doing an activity (cutting wood, digging rocks, gathering water, building sheds, processing resources... depending on the map you're on, it'll help you find them), as well as a local boss, called Regional Despot.
The Regional Despot is a rare necromancer monster which constantly revives those Spectrelates.
Engaging him in combat will start rallying all nearby Spectrelates towards him.
These Spectrelates, which you will see throughout this league, are ghost monsters that you can damage and kill. They are fairly squishy but draw their strength from swarming you. They have the particularity to not directly deal damage, however they will periodically try to go straight at you (much like rhoas) and go through you, afflicting you with 1 charge of Spectral Curse*.
Killing the Regional Despot frees the Spectrelates linked to him, allowing you to gather them (the same way you would with Affliction's wisps) and add them to an encampment that you control: The Spectrelates Shelter. The Spectrelates you've killed prior to this also join The Spectrelates Shelter.
*TL;DR: Spectral Curse is a scaled degen time bomb.
*Full Version: Spectral Curse is a 10 second curse that turns a portion of your health or life-guarding energy shield (whichever is greater or remaining) into a spectral life/energy shield, proportional to the amount of spectral curse charges on you. Each new charge you gain refresh the timer. Spectraled health resource (life/es) is consumed as normal health resource when no normal health resource remains. Regenated health resource at any point (whether naturally or through flask) is not spectraled further than the current max amount you are currently suffering from Spectral Curse.
At the end of the timer, you lose Spectral Curse, and the spectral health resource evaporates at a speed relative to the number of charges of Spectral Curse you had. As such, it is not damage you are dealt, meaning there is no way to mitigate this.
Numbers wise, Spectral Curse charges affect your health in a combination of flat and percentage values in an increasing manner.

My friend and I bought 72 foiled headhunters alongside 72 various awakened gems and decided to bring them to the temple to try our luck. All the headhunters were catalysted and rolled with divines.
Cost estimate
72 foiled headhunters : 4700 divs
72 awakened gems : 1570 divs
72 temples (dory + locus) : 650 divs
Total cost : 6920 divs (+-6.1 mirrors at current time)

We were chasing % quantity, unfortunately no luck there...but a couple of good corruptions nonetheless. All gems were the 5/20 awakened version except for enlighten (too poor i guess).

My personal favorite headhunter is # 58 :)
In terms of profit, we made +-760divines with the gems. For the headhunters, we can't really tell as they will be hard to sell at this point of the league. Although if they would all sell at current market price (which won't happen) we would be talking about +-1800 divines profit.
For those wondering how we made the currency to afford this gamble, we farmed unidentified T14 Jungle Valley with deli orbs, winged abyss and winged reliquary. We ran a couple with winged bestiary and winged harbinger but we were loosing abysses all the time (too much content in one map). We ended up just using random frags to fill the 2 empty slots. As for the compasses, we ran abyss, unid map, magic pack size and beyond. We skipped every map that had below 7000-8000 juice. We dropped 4 raw mirrors and several thousand divines. I was playing phys to cold TS and my friend was playing an aurabot.

I really hope That Which Was Taken goes core in some way (also spectres)
tl;dr: see title.
In my opinion TWWT is Watcher's Eye 2.0. There are so many good mods and combinations of mods that can be extremely useful on pretty much any build. Especially because the mods have no restrictions such as "while affected by aura x", so it's requires little effort to fit into any build.
I also don't think that the mods it can roll are too strong or anything, there are mods on Watcher's Eyes that are better. Best mods ofc would be +1 proj for example, but since you won't be able to stack four of those, it's nowhere near as strong as one might think. Imo next best thing would be Adrenaline on LL, but that's not as easy to incorporate into a build, which many builds cannot even achieve at all (CI). But I can see it being especially useful to fix charge generation, onslaught, phasing, wither, linger, et cetera. It would also be interesting for HC, for example Jugg's "x% of armour applies to ele dmg taken", which is good even at just 3%.
For reference, right now on poeninja \~67% of players use a Watcher's Eye, while \~55% use a TWWT.
I could see it being a t1 or even t0 unique. As to where it could drop: I liked how Hinekora's Locks and Omens were dropping from the 3.23 league mechanic, I'd have no problem having them drop from next and every league's own league mechanic. Putting TWWT there as well would further increase the inherent value of each league's mechanic, as Locks, certain Omens and TWWTs will always be desirable and in high demand. Especially Locks will make for a huge incentive to farm the league's mechanic, whatever it may be. This would help alleviate the classic problem of some league's mechanics not being rewarding enough, it would make for a nice base line of always-expensive and desirable rewards, on top of which other rewards can be stacked.
Spectres should also be mentioned at this point imo, the new spectres added a lot of new layers to minion builds and even non-minion builds (Guardian's Blessing with the self-reviving spectres), which imo should also go core. It's just a question of where to move them, to which I have no solution tbh. I just know it would be beyond sad to have such a great variety be introduced, only to be removed again, especially since minion builds have historically been kicked in the metaphorical testicles for quite a few years now.

Have slowly been buying unid TWWT jewels over the course of the league. Have hit some decent ones but I hit this beauty tonight. My heart is still racing.

If I enchant this axe now and use it as an early mapping weapon can I scour it without losing the fractured modifier later on when I have more currency to craft an early end game axe?
Howdy folks. I'm a very new PoE player playing a Boneshatter Slayer build on my PS5. I managed to get this axe for a couple chaos orbs on the trading market while leveling up. I'm currently in act 8 and this is the first decent weapon I've laid my hands on(at least I think it is). My question is can I enchant attack speed on this weapon for now and then when I have enough currency for crafting can I scour it without losing the fractured physical damage modifier? I'm pretty sure I know the answer but I don't want to mess up the ability to make this axe better in the future. I'm thinking I'll enchant it now and it will be a good early mapping axe to farm currency and then eventually scour it and use it to craft an early endgame axe. I'm following a nice guide and I'm learning a lot as I go but I just want to be sure about this. Thanks.

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a strong build that will let me complete all the challenges in short period of time (since we only got like a month till the league ends). I only got like 20 divines in my stash, so not much to go off from, but I'd really like to push for this league's challenge rewards. Tailoring Orb Weights
Hi, I don't know where else to post this:
I noticed that the wiki is missing an important (imho) piece of info: tailoring orb weights.
I have found no further info and don't know if anyone has ever collected this data.
So I started writing down the outcome of 330 (so far) tailoring orbs. Of course many more would be needed to get a correct distribution, but at least it is a start. (Half of the number were mine, other half from a streamer crafting stuff)
Maybe other can join in and input their rolls as well.

SSF - Just did the feared (for the first time) deathless!

Step 1: Buy a ring with 3 Synth implicits you want, or (in my case) buy the ring with 2 implicits you want and roll the last implicit with Craicic Chimerals + Vivid Vultures
Step 2: Use Gilded Fossil to roll the 4th implicit. Buy Deafening Essence of Scorn and roll until you hit T1 STR
Step 3: Suffix cant be changed and reforge chaos until T1 Chaos
Step 4: Suffix cant be changed and reforge life until T1 life
Step 5: If you roll another mod with T1 life, but your prefixes are not filled, decide if you want to Aisling or Suffix cant be changed then annul the mod off. I decided to annul
Step 6: Suffix cant be changed then Aisling, hope for Hybrid Flat Ele mods. Benchcraft Non-Channeling Skills. Use Intrinsic Catalysts for 20%. Blessed Orb the implicits to max rolls when done
Step 7: Use Hinekora's Lock, hover the vaal orb and check corruption, if it's bad use a Blessed Orb to get rid of the lock, and try again until it hits
Step 8: Hit in 10 locks and post on reddit

To hit this correctly I believe its: 1/40 (.025%) to hit str/dex, 1/40 (.025%) to hit str/int, 1/4 (.25%) for the vaal orb to hit, 1/4 (.25%) to hit the 4th vendor implicit, 1/2 (.50%) to hit 6% str (5-6)

2. alt + augment rolls until I got +1 all skill gems
3. regal and hope for a suffix, if you hit a prefix beast craft prefix to suffix and hope not to brick. if bricked got back to 2
4. craft prefixes cannot be changed
5. now you have amulet with 3 suffixes and 1 prefix ( fracture, random, crafted mod / all skills gems ). harvest craft add chaos remove random mod
6. you now have amulet with 2 prefixes ( +1 +1 ) and 2 suffixes ( with some luck the random mod was removed )
7. craft prefixes cannot be changed
8. veiled orb and hope to get a veiled prefix if you don't and fill all suffixes you're doomed, annul with you prayers or go back all the way to step 2 if you brick it
9. if you got the veiled prefix and it's the one you want, go to next step.
10. craft prefixes cannot be changed
11. harvest chaos roll for chaos res. if it's you're only mod, you're done craft the last suffix. if you filled both suffixes, either you accept your faith or try to annul on the risk of going all the way back to step 2

1. get an ilvl 86 Hunter Broadhead Quiver
2. harvest reroll chaos until t1 dot and chaos dot
3. make sure both dots are the only two suffixes
4. craft suffixes cannot be changed and scour
5. craft cannot roll attack mods
6. Slam an exalt, this is guaranteed to hit 1 of 3 mods: life, damage with bow skills or movement speed.
7. If the tier of the mod you just slammed is good enough for you, go back to step 6 again and repeat until prefixes are full. If you don't like the tier you'll have to go back to step 4.

This is my second league and I had so much fun playing it. I put together a decent build for delve but stopped at 3200 depth. Had I started delving sooner I would probably get to 6k depth. I want to give this away and hope you have as much fun as I had.
This is a manastacker build which use redblade banner shield and Al Dhih for weapon swap. Take a couple of seconds to ramp up but you should be able to do all contents with the damage and tankiness. The weapon swap and ramping needs some time to get used to but it should be come muscle memory after a couple of hours.
The give away will end at 2 AM (EST) Feb 21st. (Less than 5 hours when this post gone up). TO ENTER, simply tell us any thing POE related that you have always wanted to share but have no one around to talk to. Or simply say something funny. I will randomly pick a winner and dm you when times up.

Plz GGG bring back old power siphon, new way of playing wanders fells bad.
I dont know a single player who tried playing wander with Kinetic bolt and actually saying "hey this fells good". Its extremely clunky and you need to position your self inside of a mob to deal damage. (or you will legit deal like 5% of your total dps)
The problem is before gem rework power siphon was perfect as it is, it felt amazing to use on any wander for single target and had no clunk, now wanders have no single target DPS skill that feels good to use sense power siphon single target damage is kinda bad (And Barrage is just a straight up nerf to the archetype, you stack alot of mirror gear with +PC so it gets out-scaled relatively fast)
A transfigured version of old power siphon would be pretty huge. And im 100% certain power siphon changes werent intended as a nerf for wanders anyway and more of a oversight when changing a billion gems.

Tech for summoning 3168 skeletons at once (can push it to 7000)

You can achieve 9 judgemental spirit spectres in a mapping viable build using coruscating elixir with dual-wielded midnight bargains with a +1 spectre ES chest and amulet/boots +levels to spectre gems to achieve level 25+ raise spectre. In my case, coruscating elixir is Q25+, and I'm using three flasks with The Traitor and the flask charge gain chest eldritch implicit for passive constant uptime of lowlife anti-chaos damage.
With curse/mark effect from a good timeless jewel you can get this even higher.
Someone let me know another player made a version that summons 720 skeletons but I think mine has more, and the skeletons literally cover half of entire map zones.

Chest Armor ( got lucky )
Started with the fractured max life
1. essence roll the 10% increased mana reservation until you hit 2 other good suffixes. I was aiming for t2+ suppress and either t2+ physical damage reduction or chaos res. Hitting t1 suppress and strength made me consider using it.
2. craft suffixes cannot be changed
3. veiled orb for the 10%/10% life mana

I had an open prefix so I just crafted what I needed. I guess if veiled orb fills both prefixes you'd have to yolo annul or just take whatever other mid gave you

Gloves ( got really expensive )
1. used an awakener orb to double influence gloves
2. life essence roll until I got the t1 damage overtime with open suffix
3. veiled orb to get veiled prefix for 2 aoe gems ( if wrong veiled mod or you get veiled suffix start again in 2 )
4. craft prefixes cannot be changed
5. harvest craft reroll chaos for t1 chaos damage over time, if you don't get it you need to have an open suffix and start step 4. if no open suffix you have to annul with 1/2 chance to brick it and start over at step 2
6. if t1 chaos damage overtime was your only mod, you're in luck. beast craft aspect of the spider, craft attack speed and you're done.
7. if you rolled another suffix, craft prefixes cannot be changed and annul hoping to remove it. if you remove your t1 chaos dot start back step 5. if you rolled 2 other suffixes. annul and hope not to brick it, if you do go back to step 2, if you don't craft prefixes cannot be changed and spam another annul until t1 chaos dot is your only suffix then beast craft aspect of the spider and benchcraft attack speed

Iolit ring ( broke my everything )
1. essence roll iolit ring to get +15% dot and 4 mods only ( divine or roll again to get exactly 15% )
2. fracture orb, if fail get a new ring and do 1 again
3. essence roll chaos damage until you hit the third suffix, I was aiming for either chaos res or attack speed. but I couldn't say no to that t1 recoup
4. craft suffixes cannot be changed
5. veiled orb, if you get 3 prefixes, you need to annul and start back at step 3. if you hit 2 prefixes start back at step 4. if you get only veiled mod go to next step
6. craft life to block unveil
7. unveil for damage taken recoup as mana ( I wanted either that or reduced mana cost ), if get wrong mods on unveil go back to step 4
8. craft energy shield
9. exalt slam and hope you get a good tier of life. if you don't go back to step 4
10. craft increased damage

had to stop at some point and accept the 33 max life, hitting t1 life was like 4% if I remember right ( can continue crafting on it later starting step 4 )

Helmet
1. fractured suppress base
2. essence roll the 10% manage reservation until you get a wanted suffix, chaos res was the goal for me
