Not recommended. Aim to join with 4+ YoE. It impacts the employability post-MBA

Not really. The Indian passport means having a dependency on work visa everywhere. And most countries offer work authorization because of the mba program in their country, not elsewhere (again subject to a few exceptions).

okay so french mba would work in countries other than france?

Standard rule (subject to some exceptions): if you study in Country X, you won’t get a job in Country Y, unless Country Y is your home country.
That said, it’s is highly unlikely that you will get a job back in India BECAUSE of the French MiM. Your job will mostly depend on your own network and references.
No, don't come back to India if you do MiM from France. Try to get job within the Stem opt extended period. The best option would be to get a job and then do MBA.

Gmat asks to convert and enter gpa as per their table while registration, its irrelevant right? They use it for their own data i guess?

I guess a cgpa of 7.29 is equivalent to a GPA of 2.92 out of 4. Correct me if I am wrong.

so is my profile fine? like will there be a problem with low grad score?

I haven't selected any specific country but i want to get the best i can with my profile. what i have learnt from my research is that france and UK have really good colleges. So i want to put my hard work into targeting those colleges.

Not really, buddy. Just expanding knowledge by sharing it, and helping others avoid the mistakes I made in my career.🙏

thanks a lot for clarity. I also have just one more question. would 2-2.5 years work experience help?

So if you can hold your horses, and avoid the rush, get into a job, work for 4-5 years and then pursue an international MbA

Personally, I am not a fan of MiM. I see it as an inferior junior cousin to an MBA.

Correct. Thats only GMAT serving its own purpose…whatever it maybe.

i have some questions. if after mim from lets say france i come back to india, would i be able to land roles enough to cover the loans? or should i get some work ex and go for mba? I am having trouble weighing pros and cons.

It depends on what all ammo do you have to showcase your ability to deal with the academic rigor. The gmat score is one such evidence. It is known that psychology is not as scoring as any quant field of study.
IDK is your UG score is low or not. If you believe it is relatively low, then get a solid gmat score.
Your chances also depend on whether you have relevant internships to show, your motivations for MiM education, your planned career post-MiM etc etc.
Assuming you intend to work in that country post-MiM, do not underestimate the importance of having language skills to survive and thrive in the job. If France ins in your list, then so be it. Start learning French right away.

I haven't seen this selfless work elsewhere so🙂

Add the need to factor in the work authorization for post-MiM when selecting countries.

Europe is too broad; best that you first narrow down the choice to countries based on the language you can pick up/ have interest in; I am referring to spoken/business language, not programming.
Once you’ve selected/shortlisted countries, then select the schools; study their class profiles to find the reported average/median scores; I presume you are an Indian applicant; if so, add 20-30 points to their reported GMAT or 4-6 points to GRE as your target score. If you can go higher, the better, since you also need to cover the gap years.
A few queries:
- year of graduation
- any work experience post the gap
- any language skills
- target countries
