Bitcoin price hit another all-time high at $69,000 as Ether continued its long slog toward $5,000 after reaching a new high at $4,868 earlier today. Interestingly, the breakout initiated right as a report from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics showed a sharp 6.2% annual rise in the Consumer Price Index, a figure which is the highest in 30 years.

Ledger Wallet: how it works
A typical hardware wallet is a plug-in device that allows you to manage, store and secure your crypto assets. These wallets do not rely on any third-party apps. The user can access the private key and crypto assets from anywhere. The passwords of hardware wallets are protected by a PIN. Their disconnection from the Internet also reduces the risk of asset hacking.
There are several companies that sell hardware crypto wallets. Perhaps the most popular is Ledger. Ledger hardware wallets are multi-currency wallets that are used to store private keys for cryptocurrencies offline.
Ledgers are device-based, which means they use storage mechanisms (USB drives) to keep private keys, thereby making it impossible for hackers to access the key from an online location.

Nike Looks Poised to Tackle Metaverse and NFTs: Report
Nike, the American multinational footwear and sports apparel giant, is getting ready to step into the metaverse and the world of non-fungible token (NFT) technology. Reports show Nike has a few employees “thinking about the metaverse” and a 2019 patent for “cryptokicks” indicates Nike has been preparing to use NFTs for quite some time.
A number of well-known trademarks Nike owns were also included such as the “Just Do It” tagline, its SNKRS logo, the Air Jordan “Jumpman,” and the Nike swoosh. All of which can be leveraged as “downloadable virtual goods, namely, computer programs featuring footwear, clothing, headwear, eyewear, bags, sports bags, backpacks, sports equipment, art, toys, and accessories for use online and in online virtual worlds.”

'Clear skies' for Bitcoin price
It's a rush to beat out the competition among institutions, but serious resistance remains near new all-time highs.
Data from Cointelegraph Markets Pro and TradingView has tracked a second night of impressive gains in a row for BTC/USD.
Bitcoin (BTC) is clinging to $68,000 on Nov. 9 after traders declared it "clear for take-off" and ready to begin further price discovery.
The pair spent most of Sunday at near $62,000, but is now up a total of 11.4% in just over two days — including a new all-time high of $68,564 on Bitstamp.
"BTC highest weekly close ever after consolidation. We are clear for take-off," popular trader Pentoshi forecast as the week began.
