In fact, TSMC’s real second nanometer core is still in Taiwan. This is what China and the United States want to compete for. Trump is smart and wants Taiwan’s entire supply chain, not just TSMC setting up factories in the United States. Trump wants not just one pearl, but a whole string of pearls.
If the United States obtains Taiwan's important research and development chips, it will defeat China and become the most powerful country in the world.
