The key is to approach life with a sense of curiosity and openness and to be willing to learn from our experiences.

When we cultivate a love for life, we become more present and engaged with the world.
We become more attuned to the sensations of our bodies, the beauty of our surroundings, or the connections we form with other people.
“If you love everything, you will perceive the divine mystery of things”.
“Life is what matters, life alone — the continuous, eternal process of discovering life — and not the discovery itself”
Each day is an unrepeatable miracle. Today will never happen again, so we must make it count.Do that with every today, and tomorrow will take care of itself.
Читать полностью…Humans are wired to seek connection and belonging.
From family to friends, colleagues to communities, we crave a sense of acceptance and validation from those around us.
But in the presence of others, we often find ourselves irritated, frustrated or upset. Some personality triats or habit may annoy you or even trigger an insecure moment.
Alternatively, if someone is very outspoken and we find ourselves getting annoyed by them, it may be because we are uncomfortable with expressing our own opinions or feel uncertain about our beliefs.
We can gain greater self-awareness and understanding by examining our reactions to others and exploring the underlying reasons for our feelings.
When we become triggered, we must take a step back and analyse why these things bother us.
"Understanding what irritates us about others can also be vital to understanding ourselves”- Carl Jung
The Logic of False Beliefs
Humans need a reasonably accurate view of the world in order to survive. If your model of reality is wildly different from the actual world, then you struggle to take effective actions each day.
However, truth and accuracy are not the only things that matter to the human mind. Humans also seem to have a deep desire to belong.
Your “before I die list” [essential]
Hope you’re splendid.
Sorry to bring up death in the title yet you and I both come with an expiration date.
Like it or not, we’ll all end up as dust. Soon or late.
Makes me think of Ted Leonsis. The tech titan, visionary leader and business disruptor.
He was on a plane when the pilot said it looked like they would crash. Just imagine. Actually, please don’t.
Face to face with the end, he reflected on the things that truly mattered. No accessories. Only priorities.
He considered all the things he didn’t do and the places he didn’t visit and the people he failed to meet.
He confronted his truest values and highest visions, reflecting on the busyness of life and how it causes even the best amongst us to stray from the mission.
Fortunately the aircraft landed safely.
In the terminal, Ted wrote out a list that would transform his life: a list of 101 things that he vowed to do before he died.
Within a few years most were done.Yet here’s the opportunity for you: to take a few pristine hours—hidden away from the world—to generate your list. Of 50 or 75 or 100 things you absolutely must get done before you pass into that great field of daisies in the sky.
It’ll help you identify what truly counts. So you can strip out the trivialities. And lead your most majestic life. Beginning (hopefully) today. Because now is a gorgeous time to start a better way.
Oh—a transformational starting point to upgrade your creativity, productivity, prosperity and serenity is also to install the early-rising habit so you have time each day to read, exercise, journal and meditate.
Until you have learned to be tolerant with those who do not always agree with you, you will be neither successful nor happy.
Читать полностью…Examine most carefully the things you desire most.
Far too many people spend more time planning their weekends than their lives. Then they suddenly realize that life has passed them by and they weren’t even aware it was happening. When you intently study what you most desire in life, you begin to focus your mind and concentrate your energy upon that which you wish to achieve. One of the great advantages of having a definite goal for your life is that it helps you prioritize your activities. When your major purpose is clear in your mind, it is unnecessary to analyze each individual situation. You know automatically whether your actions will move you toward your goal or away from it. You can then use all of your resources — time, money, and energy — to best advantage.

Life is not about things. You've got to maintain the right perspective about possessions, or you'll be possessed by your possessions. You've got to realize none of it is going to last. If your possessions encapsulate the essence of your existence, then I inform you today that your life and everything about you ends here on Earth.
You should not be defined by your possessions, things that perish and deteriorate. Invest in Purpose, something that transcends time and existence.

Women’s full and effective participation and leadership in of all areas of life drives progress for everyone.
It is not people that have that give, it is people that give that give.
So if you want to give, stop waiting till you 'have'. Just give.
When we are able to put our own egos aside and consider alternative perspectives, we become better listeners, communicators, and problem-solvers.

Admitting our cognitive biases can be uncomfortable, but it’s necessary for growth and learning.
It helps us to expand our knowledge and understanding, develop new skills, and to improve our decision-making abilities.
Recognising the possibility of being wrong can help us make more informed decisions.
It shows that we are humble, honest, and willing to learn.
When we are aware we could be wrong, we are more likely to seek new information and perspectives and to be open to changing our minds.

Compound Learning: The Most Powerful Tool For Acquiring Skills Faster
Learn to spend time with knowledge, one day at a time
Compound interest is a powerful principle — a small amount of money can grow into large amounts over time if left alone. If you don’t interfere with the process unnecessarily, you will reap the benefit with time.
In simple terms, it’s interest on interest.
It’s got the snowball effect. As long as it keeps “moving”, it will get bigger — all things being equal. Anyone can benefit from it. Compound interest is why people invest money early in life.
“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it. He who doesn’t, pays for it.” Albert Einstein.
The compounding principle can be applied to learning.
You can have the same effect. Knowledge begets knowledge. Over time you will become a powerhouse. With enough wisdom about how some things work, you can connect ideas better and use them to your advantage.
The ability to pick up skills over time can change your life.
A relentless learner can accumulate the proper knowledge and skills to become a better person, an indispensable employee and a free thinker.
“The more you try to do and learn things, the more you understand how things work and how to learn better. These insights and reflections are your compound learning,” -Alexander Mistakidis.
Life is its own meaning
“Don’t be overwise; fling yourself straight into life, without deliberation; don’t be afraid — the flood will bear you to the bank and set you safe on your feet again.” — Fyodor Dostoevsky
Life is full of decisions, big and small.
Algorithms help us make better choices. They are rules or principles that can be followed to achieve a desired outcome.
In our daily lives, we follow many algorithms. For example, when we plan our daily schedule or make a to-do list, we use an algorithm to manage our time effectively.
We use algorithms to manage our finances by creating and sticking to a budget. We use decision-making tools to analyse our options and make informed choices.
From choosing the best route to work to meal planning, algorithms can help us optimise our routines and achieve our goals. They help us save time, reduce stress, and improve our physical and mental well-being.
When you use algorithms to manage your time, track your health, manage your finances, improve your relationships, and make informed decisions, you can lead a more organised, productive, and fulfilling life.
Embrace curiosity like a beginner: Life is a game that we all must play, and the outcome is determined by how well we strategize and use our skills. Life isn’t always a fair game, but winning doesn’t have to be impossible. With the right mindset and ingenuity, anyone can succeed, even without luck or natural talent.
You don’t necessarily need talent or luck to win the game of life. You can approach life’s challenges with the mindset of a physicist.
Physics teaches us to think in terms of cause and effect, which can help us make informed decisions and find ways to make the most of any situation.
In other words, by taking a scientific approach to life, you can discover the knowledge necessary to win the game of life.
Physicists are experts at solving complex problems by breaking them down into smaller, more manageable parts. They are renowned for their ability to use logical reasoning, deduction and experimentation to solve complex problems.
By applying these same principles to our lives, we can develop powerful insights, principles and mindsets to succeed in almost every area of life.
The 'ONE DAY I WILL' Myth: Do you believe that one day you will achieve your dream and finally be happy? This is unlikely to happen. You may (and I hope you will) achieve your dream, but you won't live 'happily ever after'. This is just another trick your mind plays on you. Your mind quickly acclimates to new situations, which is probably the result of evolution and our need to adapt continually in order to survive and reproduce. This is also probably why the ne car or house you want will only make you happy for a while. Once the initial excitement wears off, you'll move on to crave the next exciting thing. This phenomenon is known as 'Hedonic adaptation'.

Offer results, not alibis.
There are many people who — perhaps with the best of intentions — make promises they somehow never get around to keeping. These folks have usually developed a number of perfectly plausible explanations for not meeting their commitments; they have become experts at explaining away their failures. Successful people, though, are those who accept responsibility for their lives. They know that talk is cheap; actions are all that really matter. The world is waiting for men and women who seek the opportunity to render real service — the kind of service that lightens the burdens of their neighbors, the kind of service that 95 percent of people do not render because they do not understand it. When you provide a truly useful service, enthusiastically and in a spirit of genuine helpfulness, success will automatically follow. The world seeks out such individuals and rewards them accordingly.

Every day that you wake up, commit yourself to becoming better than you were the previous day. Make sure you do something better than you used to, everyday. That's how to grow in excellence. The principle of growth is such that it doesn't just require consistency, it also demands effort in improvement.
Your growth is not effective until it comes with improvement. You can amass years behind a venture and still be on the same level as the day you started. Yes, you have been consistent and perhaps diligent, but you have not grown. This paradox is what plagues our society today, we have so many people doing so many things but still stuck where they are.
Consistency is a good start, but it doesn't end there. Consistency with improvement is the key ingredient to growth. If you must grow, you must get better and that takes commitment. It will never be easy, this is what a lot of people don't seem to understand. Growth is not easy. You cannot grow anything without paying extra attention to it. You can't grow physically if you don't feed your body the nutrients it needs. Growth is not natured, it is nurtured.
If you want to actually grow, you have to be consistent, committed and intentional about doing what you do in a better way than you did it the previous time. There's no shortcut to this. May your journey be full of growth!

"We don't grow when things are easy; we grow when we face challenges" - Anonymous
The concept of tests and exams was borrowed from one of the fundamental principles of Life. The principle of growth. Before you are promoted to a new class or rank in the workplace, there are usually requirements you are meant to fulfill - tests, exams, interviews. Most times, these tests are not easy but you have to pass them before you are promoted. That's how life is; only in this case, we are tested with trials and challenges.
No matter how much a macho man gyms, he can't claim strength over a 100lb dumb-bell until he successfully lifts it. That's Life. You can't claim to be strong until your strength has been tested and proven.
So why do you keep running from the things that come to prove your strength? If we keep running from trials and challenges instead of facing them head on, we will never grow, we will never level up, we will never rise! That's life. The more you rise, the more the difficulty of challenges and that's perfectly normal, because you also rise when you overcome them!
Stop running from growth. Face your trials head on and with wisdom, rise!

You can't claim triumph until you pass through trials and I believe hard days come to test and establish your strength.
Next time you're having a hard time, you might just be at the defining point of your upliftment. Never give up, especially when life is at its hardest. #StayMotivated Always and All the Ways..
My wish for all women (my mothers/sisters/friends):
~ Love yourself.
~ Know you are beautiful. Really own it. It’s not about your size, shape, color of hair or skin. It’s about being yourself and being healthy mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
~ Don’t judge other women. You don’t know their history, their motivation or their struggles.
~ Support women owned businesses and women in their careers.
~ Equally, support women who choose to stay home with their kids.
~ Please don’t judge her for her choices.
~ Remember, a rising tide lifts all boats - don’t compete. There’s room for all of us in any sphere. It’s a big world.
~ Take good care of you. Don’t keep putting others (or your work) first to your own detriment. You will be of no help anyway once you get sick because you didn’t.
~ Please, please please - reduce your stress so you are here longer.
~ Grow your confidence - Really notice your accomplishments, those who love you and want to be with you.
~ Know you are far more capable than you think you are, and far more worthy.
~ Take some down time - to reflect, sit in gratitude, get a massage, take a walk and just think. Or to just be.
~ Turn off your electronics and just be quiet for a little while every single day.
~ Love hard.
~ Dream big.
~ Ignore the naysayers.
~ Remember, yes you can!
Happy Women's Day.....
You may not be born with courage, but you can cultivate it with experience and effort. The definition of a coward is not a fearful person; instead, it’s a person who chooses to place fear over action. Show your bravery each day by listing your goals, refusing to quit, and asking for help when you need it. Enjoy Reading Always and all the ways...
