preferred_peers will always be a solution, for now we have some different problem, more testing and debugging is needed to know why nodes are getting banned

I just got an idea, imagine governments will bock all dns seeds, but their addresses are hardcoded, so it will be no chance for people to sync at all, we need to think how we can solve this..

I just guess GUI installer is needed for completely new users to avoid them to use CLI for firmware, so they can just order device, connect it, launch executable and pass some steps :)
