There is a book called "Why We Sleep
" written by Matthew Walker which explains all about these grave dangers of not getting enough sleep. If you work nightshift then it cannot be helped but in the book he explained a little about why working late at night can be considered as "Carcinogen" or things that trigger "cancer".
It's a good meaty read recommended for any age to learn about the effects of no sleep to your body and mind 👍
Of course. We need adequate sleep at least 8 hours in order to function properly on the next day. Sleeping less than that and your immune system and systemic functions will cease to work properly 🔧
