Apart from the electrifying live performance by Container, a project by the London-based Ren Schofield, who takes the raw energy of punk and crafts it into relentless, hypnotic rhythms, inspired by '90s minimal techno mixed with noise and collage music influences, expect album premiere by funkshn, which resonates with classic dubstep vibes and is fueled by his passion for drum'n'bass.
More live shows by Tbilisi/Yerevan's provocateurs Lust Customer, the prominent experimentalist nystagmus, as well as modular synthesists Kozyr and velleity. The dj decks will belong to Tindrum, serial_knitter and dj kruglosutochno.
Kind reminder that this is a fundraiser event for humanitarian crisis relief in Armenia and all the proceeds will be directed to the Ethos Foundation and Armenian Food Bank. A collection point for basic necessities and clothing will also be stationed at the venue.

Новый альбом Lukid выходит завтра. Недавно в журнале Future Music вышло интервью с ним, exclusively ripped from Scribd for you.
Puzzling, complex and yet still oddly accessible, Lukid’s 2012 album Lonely at the Top suggested an electronic artist approaching the peak of his powers. Few might imagine, therefore, that Luke Blair would abandon returning to Lukid for a further decade. Instead, the North London-based producer became hot property in the world of advertising sync, whilst side-stepping into the self-described functionality of drum & bass/jungle with Jackson Bailey, under the name Rezzett, alongside his own Refreshers side project. The only other constant has been Blair’s monthly show on NTS Radio, allowing him to keep abreast of the latest cutting-edge sounds in dub, hip-hop and electronica. All of the above have fed into Blair’s belated return as Lukid, which serves as a timely reminder of just how comfortably he sits among his peers. Tilt is a refined and sophisticated re-arrival, with piston-like beats underpinning monochrome, sandpapered patterns and gorgeous melodic refrains.
Mumdance b2b Powell - Rinse FM - 18 April 2017
Mumdance - Hardcore Classics Mix - BBC 1Xtra - 2015
Mumdance b2b Pinch - 3 Hour Set - DBS @ Unit - Tokyo - 2016
Mumdance b2b Shed - New Year 4 Hour Set - Mother's Finest @ Griessmuehle - 2019

Большая часть к сожалению на ебучем миксклауде, который не даёт перематывать, но it is what it is.
Mining one of their essential touchstones, ‘The Call’ highlights the ’97-’99 period in the UK when the likes of Steve Gurley, Anthill Mob and Sky Joose were key players in the phase shift from ruff to sweet club styles around needlepoint 2-step drum programming. Also spotlighting the irrevocable influence of US R&B at the time, the mix homes in on one of the hardcore ‘nuum’s most fascinating innovations, when original, leading producers reclaimed their music from the sweatier excesses of jungle/D&B, and ushered it back to sexier, slinkier styles primed for dressing up and showing off - not gurning your tits off and brukking the f uck out.
Stitched together with subtle, patented sleight-of-hand edits and dial strafe smudges, the mix exerts exquisite control for one hour of dainty rudeboy shuffle and woodblock parry in honour of their innovative heroes. Without overstating it, they trace UKG’s flex from bumpty speed garage soul inflicted with syrupy R&B, to its four-to-da-floor variants, and the sparkier punctuation of 2-step, proper, emphasising the sound’s rhythmic and textural sensuality with triple deep and eternal cuts that find the sound crystallizing from a delicious flux of puckered US garage-house and R&B-soul aspects, and updating the memory banks of original UK rave.
Like the post-factum UKG archaeology of Finn and Oneman, Demdike’s picks are educated and educational, but never academic - presenting an ideal primer on the way styles shifted quickly back then, exemplifying how the tussle of energies between the house traction of Grant Nelson, Dem 2’s dissection of Timbaland/The Neptunes’ mainstream R&B, and the restless bad foot of rave were factored by the adroit chops of early jungle DJs on radio stations such as Freak FM and Jason Kaye’s Sun City mixes.
