I have an Idea:

Make image with a few partitions.
Recovery with installer and system partition / , swap, where that will be installed and /home.

This doesn't seem to make much sense to me anymore. The phone is dead and I don't have any patched edl thing. Fastboot doesn't work at all... Pure sadness...

I found an easier way. My device's kernel already has ufs bsg active, but the device file is in a different location. I already have a qbootctl compiled in Debian stretch. I'll put it in initramfs and try to run it. (as a precaution it also copies boot_a onto boot_b heheheh)
