Hi All,

Let me clarify the process we go through with partners so that you can understand why it's not as simple as just tweeting something the moment two parties decide "gee, wouldn't it be cool if we did something together!"

1. we talk to a potential partner, so that we get a sense of each other, and how we might work together; sometimes that takes one conversation, sometimes it takes five
2. if we decide it's worth pursuing a relationship, we write a discussion document that forms the basis of what we might do together; we do rounds on that document until it adequately and accurately captures what we've been discussing; again sometimes that takes one round, sometimes ten
3. if that process brings enough clarity, we draft an MOU that says specifically what the agreement is; multiple rounds ensue
4. The MOU has a separate "communications protocol" appendix that the partners discuss and agree on; it covers what we can and cannot say about each other, including language that can and can't be used
5. sometimes we need to sign an NDA. Depending on who has drafted that, and how well it's drafted, that might result in multiple rounds of back and forth. If we can't resach agreement on the terms of an NDA, that puts the brakes on forward movement while we figure out those issues
6. once all documents are signed and agreed, we then work on our communications together, to ensure that we're accurately representing the relationship, and each other

Does this sound laborious? Yes. Is it necessary? Yes.

We have at least twenty discussions on the go at the moment, with organisations as small as a single developer, up to larger corporate entities, and state funded NGOS. We treat every relationship with focus and care. Of those twenty, six are in various stages of late stage discussion.

What we will not do is announce an agreement until all steps have been concluded, and all parties to the agreement are satisfied.

This is how professional partnerships work - and there's some degree of added complexity when you need to ensure that announcements don't wind up accidentally triggering regulatory scrunity because of how the relationship is characterised.

On a separate but related point. Until we announced in the livestream that we were working on partnerships of this nature, nobody in this community had any reason to expect that there was going to be any utility for Holofuel outside of the context of hosting. No matter how large or small the partnership is, we would welcome some appreciation and celebration for every one we bring on board — and most importantly, that the partners themselves get the appreciation THEY deserve for leaning into this ecosystem in a tangible way.

Надежное решение эджкейсов и есть основная задача продакшен реди инфраструктуры. На один happy path может быть за сотню эджкейсов, и это вайбкодингом вообще не решается. Никак. Даже самыми фронтирными моделями, что только прикроют очевидные эджкейсы, хотя, конечно, если грамотно построить пайплайн-можно покрыть значительную их часть, но ценой очевидно токенов, и это уже вообще не вайбкодинг, т.к. нужна воспроизводимая детерминированная инфраструктура работы с накопленным техдолгом, фиксации требований в тестах, включая интеграционные и многим другим.
ИМХО технологический moat сместился в умение разработать детерминированный агентный пайплайн, порождающий код необходимого качества(middle+ уже получается), а не умение пилить код(если конечно не брать какую нибудь технологическую эзотерику с малой обучающей выборкой в предметной области). Т.е. роль разработчиков сейчас и далее-создавать станки для разработки софта, а не быть самими станками. При этом роль именно предпринимательской части в IT бизнесе стала еще важнее, чем раньше, как и самого маркетинга. Дефицит внимания пользователя-вот основной бич начинающих стартапов сейчас, и эту задачу никакими агентными пайплайнами разработки-не решить.

Ушел на опенсоурс модели, пайплайн дает возможность пилить сложный код без использования топового фронтира, т.к. фактически выступает доменным экзоскелетом для решения сложных архитектурных задач и много чего еще.

Мне пришлось все перенести на хост, и в него хожу через ссш. Лагает чутка , но терпимо как десктоп версия, с интерфесом и тд.

Держал в амстердаме VPS c февраля, правда в августе, когда понял что ухожу с клода навсегда-ушел во все тяжкие, изучая как работает их блокер, начал "ломать" Пентагон, разрабатывать "эксплойты", искать мультики от имени 12 летнего мальчика, разрабатывать "биологическое" оружие, ходить с российского IP, получая географический блок и прочую дичь. Нихера не заблокировали. Заходил вчера в акк бесплатный тариф чуть помучал, когда услышал что кучу блоков было. Блока нет.

Моделям готовые рельсы с кучей гейтов-развилок детерминированных дают, которые не дают в случае галюносбоев/тупости поломать процесс, и гарантируя сходимость разработки с нужным качеством+ряд мероприятий по борьбе с галлюционациями ЛЛМ, т.к. это не баг, а фича фактически.

Я 6й версий пайплайна разработки ПО сбацал, 6я версия либо в L3+ режиме работает(с Human in the loop(c)), либо L4-Dark Soft Factory, где фронтирные модели закрывают ГЭПы. Выпустил на этих пайплайна 3 SaaS(1 уже закрыл, не монетизируется, 1 барахтается, но тоже я думаю минуснет-платит за сервера бизнес-партнер, поэтому и хрен с ним, 1 буду пробовать с учетом ошибок первых двух нормально качнуть), 1 недоделанный ММО клиент, общее количество кода больше 1.5M LOC. Консультировался с Claude 5.0 в части автоматизации и исследования статуса проработанности пайплайна(53 хука, больше 1Мб исходников, больше сотни специализированных промптов на несколько десятков тысяч строк)-Claude 5.0 типа после поиска сказал что это уровень проработанности закрытых фронтирных лабораторий, понаходил научные статьи от июля, где те-же подходы, что я использовал-типа считаются на крае научного подхода при разработке агентных пайплайнов. Т.е. ИМХО возможно пометили акк как интересный для анализа и поэтому несмотря на все проделки-не трогали.
