1) ​Log in to the hoolah Consumer Portal at https://consumer.hoolah.co/login
2) Click on “Orders”
3) Click on “Pay Next Instalment Now”
4) Payment is successfully made

Hi there, thank you for your question. As of 15 August 2022, the hoolah app has been retired. However, hoolah is now a part of ShopBack where we are known as ShopBack PayLater.

This means that you will be able to split your in-store and online purchases into 3 interest-free monthly instalments when you check out with ShopBack PayLater via the ShopBack app while being able to use your earned Cashback in your ShopBack account to offset your payments.

At the moment, Apple is not a partner of ShopBack PayLater.

There is no need to apply for a grace period as the system will not charged a late payment penalty within 36 hours from the installment due date. Hope this clarifies : )
