It’s time for your bi-weekly #DevUpdate 🛠️🟡

What have our Devs been up to these last two weeks? 

🟡 Ticket redemption is fixed! 🚀🎫 The logic around ticket redemption has been flaky for a while, but has now been resolved.

🟡 We made some improvements to our release processes. 👏 Adding staging releases removes the need to publish a new release when making individual changes.

🟡 We also refactored our Docker pipeline, adding a baseline image which can be used to build all other Docker images. This makes the whole process faster and more reliable. 💪

🟡 We made several UI updates within hopr admin:

After an extremely productive discussion phase, the consensus seems to be that both projects should be given a chance to manage HOPR DAO liquidity

We’ll now take 24hrs to explore the parameters under which this should happen, before moving to a modified Referendum phase

The Referendum phase will start November 15th, 2pm CET. In this phase, you will have the possibility to sign proposals you think deserve to be voted on. ✍️

We recently updated a waitlist! There are some minor changes, from now on we will be requiring a minimum stake amount of 2000 HOPR tokens on a Staking Season 5 for users who don't have Avado/Dappnode.

The results of the fifth HOPR DAO experiment are in!

Huge thanks to the over 150 discussion participants and 339 voters. 🙏

Who says crypto governance has to have low participation rates? 👀

This time, the DAO was asked about allocating some of its liquidity to external liquidity managers.

After an initial consultation phase managed by the HOPR Association, two projects were able to present proposals which worked for the HOPR token on the timelines required: @ArrakisFinance and @GammaStrategies

After completing the three governance phases, the DAO decided to allocate 600k of liquidity evenly between both projects, to be performance assessed and reviewed after six months.We’ll now be talking with both teams to get things up and running ASAP. 🚀

Expect more updates and analysis of the results in around a week, along with reward distribution.

Thanks again to everyone who participated, and particularly the two teams who were so proactive, transparent and gracious in the discussion.

This was a real milestone in the HOPR DAO’s evolution, and a great sign of the strength of the HOPR community even in turbulent times! 😎

Dear community,

We recently updated a waitlist! There are some minor changes, from now on we will be requiring a minimum stake amount of 2000 HOPR tokens on a Staking Season 5 for users who don't have Avado/Dappnode.

Community access to Monte Rosa has been up and running for several weeks and is very stable. So we're adding more slots to our network registry! 🥳 If stability continues to be good we'll repeat this at regular intervals.

NFTs and funding have already been sent to the next five staking addresses on the waitlist (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/13RcEaB2PyovJ4oEx0ViT3v5QeqpdxBJ74Pk3dyALCF8/edit#gid=0):
