The situation right now feels very much similar when BTC runs up from 3.6K to 60K back in 2020.
Wouldn’t be surprised if BTC reaches 100K next week or 2.
Saying so, I won’t be longing BTC here if I haven’t got a lower entry before this run up.

• Losses: 6 x $100 = $600
• Net Profit: $800 - $600 = $200 (Profitable)
Example 2: 3:1 Risk-to-Reward Ratio with a 30% Win Rate
• Risk: $100
• Reward: $300
• Win Rate: 30%
• Out of 10 trades: 3 wins and 7 losses
• Wins: 3 x $300 = $900
• Losses: 7 x $100 = $700
• Net Profit: $900 - $700 = $200 (Profitable)
Example 3: 1:1 Risk-to-Reward Ratio with a 40% Win Rate
• Risk: $100
• Reward: $100
• Win Rate: 40%
• Out of 10 trades: 4 wins and 6 losses
• Wins: 4 x $100 = $400
• Losses: 6 x $100 = $600
• Net Profit: $400 - $600 = -$200 (Not Profitable)
Takeaway:

Bitcoin has been moving slowly over the weekend, but it seems like a potential breakout could be on the way. Notably, Bitcoin Dominance (BTC.D) has been dropping and is forming a Wolfe Wave pattern; we’re still waiting on a daily closure to confirm this move. If confirmed, it could be a positive sign for altcoins, opening the door for a potential rally.For those looking to accumulate, follow my previous BTC post of 69-71K Entry
My Take:
The BTC.D pattern forming is interesting, as a confirmed Wolfe Wave pattern could indeed lead to a favorable environment for altcoins, historically benefiting them when Bitcoin’s dominance dips. For instance, during Q2 of 2021, a similar BTC.D drop led to a 30% increase in many mid-cap altcoins.
Meanwhile, the bearish divergence is a real caution signal. Recent data shows that in 60% of cases where $BTC has shown similar divergences, a retracement of 5-10% followed within the week.

Getting questions like is 50X safe? Is 125X safe? It’s subjective. It’s safe if you use $5 of course. It’s safe if you view your position as small. Some might say $1000 is small. Some might say $5 is small. So it’s very subjective.
How to determine your Fear vs Greed tolerance?
Slowly Adjust your position to $20 to $50 to $100
When does that feeling kicks in?
That’s where your tolerance is
Under 50X-100X-125X
Do this and watch where your greed vs fear kicks in.
People close their position due to fear and take losses instead of profit. They are more likely to close a huge position than a tiny small position. This is exactly what Fear vs greed is.

Let say you want to long 1 BTC
Set buy at 10700 - 0.1 BTC
Set buy at 10500 -0.1 BTC
Set buy at 10300 -0.2 BTC
Set buy at 10100 -0.3 BTC
Set buy at 10000 -0.3 BTC
And let the charts comes to you
The further it goes down
You increase your amount larger.
So your average entry price would be lower.
