Look at that chop 😂 I’m still staying cautious at the moment. With about a small 50 USDT under for me on the challenge.
I’m in no rush to lose my hard earn USDT in this type of market. Seen many long and short getting liquidated these 48 hours.
On another note, I’m a lot more careful trading on our 2K to 100K challenge account compared to my main account since everyone is copy trading me. Have a huge responsibility here and really want all of us to win in this journey together!
Thus, no rush and preservation is key for now. Never FOMO.

Let's consider a scenario where we have reached a local high on the HTF and it may remain so for some time, but there is still potential for an upward movement. We also have shorts from higher or near the top, but there is a possibility of a short-term bounce, similar to the current market situation. In such a scenario, we have various options:
• We could flip long, but it is risky as we usually don't have a clean invalidation, and we could be adding risk in a counter-trend trade if the short-term rally fails.
• We could hedge our short swing with spot, but this only protects our short and does not make us any money. It is better than flipping long, but it is similar to taking partial profits on the short at the place where we hedge with spot. We are not adding risk, but we are going flat or reducing overall risk if the hedge is smaller than the short swing.
• We could partially take profits on our short, which is a safe option as it locks in some profits and allows us to re-add to our short if the short-term bounce happens. We don't need to figure out a new stop or invalidation for our spot, so it is easy to execute and reduces risk.
• Another option is to look for a counter-trend scalp, which I generally find to be the best option. This is because if we find a clean low TF invalidation, we can size our long much more than a regular hedge.
Just waiting for it to break. Then we’ll have our massive pump.

Here’s my style on scalping, I’ll usually ladder in about 50-100 USDT each time if it isn’t too risky. While 20-50 USDT each time if it’s a risky play.
SL will be a typical 1-2% for scalps.
Max Lev 10X. Nothing more.

Just reposting for those who havent seen this yet.
On another note just wanting to let everyone whose joining me for this 2k to 100K challenge know that this would be a marathon and definitely not a sprint.
Thus, prepare to have the mentality that some days it just doesnt make sense to trade and your balance wouldnt move and some days we will be trading. I know some trader just kept checking their balance every hour or so. But again just a reminder that you wont get rich overnight but its definitely easier to get poor overnight.
My timezone would be europe timezone thus, i wouldn’t set limit orders without SL if im asleep. Just too risky.
This requires time, in all, I’ll definitely try my best and thank you again for trusting me on this💪

Tips and Advices
1) Never go “all in” – diversify instead. Use 1/10 of your available funds for each trades as a defined maximum. Never invest all your BTC in one or two coins. Diversify your balance with *1/10. Remember to set stop-loss 5% below of your entry point at those unstable days. Always set a stop-loss at entry point after the price increased. Always sell 30-50% of your investment and set a stop-loss at 5-10% below after reach first target.
2) Most traders would use the first sell target and sell between 30 – 50% of the funds that have been used in the trade. So basically, if you get three targets, you would set up three sell orders. Target 1 with 30 – 50% of your trade size, target 2 with 30 – 40% and target 3 with 10 – 30%. Keep in mind, that the higher the target, the smaller the chance that it will be reached, so if you don’t like to end up with a fraction of your investment as bag holder, you should maybe prefer a conservative route. Some of the channels we present offer sometimes signals based on special information, here it is advised not to be too conservative, as these crypto signals can explode to unbelievable heights.
3) Dumps are likely to happen sometimes. You trade altcoins against BTC – this is risky per se, as everything depends on how Bitcoin moves. Bitcoin rushes, altcoins dump. Bitcoin dumps, altcoins dump. This is normal – the best environment for all crypto trading signals and crypto altcoin trading, in general, is when Bitcoin moves sideways. So be prepared for the dump upfront and keep 30% of your total funds in Bitcoin to be able to buy the dip and hedge yourself out. Bitcoin’s next move is difficult to predict, so nobody can foresee every upcoming drop.
