Hey everyone, I understand that many of you might be in a similar position. It can be tough on your ego and make you feel like you've wasted your time. But remember, life is a journey, and each of you has already taken a significant step on a path that few people dare to walk. While most people choose to stay in secure jobs, you all have shown the courage to explore something different, even with the responsibilities of taking care of your families.
Take pride in your bravery to try something new and the determination to put in the necessary work to learn. And now, take even greater pride in having the courage to step back and reassess your situation. It's important to give yourselves time to recharge, continue learning, and practice without any pressure. Save up enough to potentially give it another go or, better yet, let trading become a side hustle that unexpectedly takes off.
Some of you may relate to my personal experience of quitting too early, facing financial struggles, lacking support, and enduring criticism from others. But remember, there comes a point when everything falls into place, and it becomes easier. Perhaps consider if the fear of missing out and waiting were the hardest parts on your psyche, and think about exploring alternative trading options in the future.
It's essential to realize that your current job does not define who you are as individuals. It's merely a means to make a living. As long as you continue pursuing your goals in your free time, there's no reason to feel disheartened. And if any of you aspire to work at prestigious stock firms, who says you can't pursue a college degree now? Remember, anyone who fails to learn something new every day is missing out. I myself obtained a degree but also learned two different trades and even earned a master's degree in one of them, leading me to work in completely different positions. Life has a way of working itself out if you keep going, no matter what obstacles you face. Looking back, some might argue that I wasted around 15 years, but the experiences I gained shaped me into the person I am today. So, consider yourselves all embraced and supported on this journey, my friends.
