📢 UTIRAN’s AGM and BoD election
Dear UTIRAN followers,
UTIRAN will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Board of Directors (BoD) election on May 30th 6:00-7:30pm. Only Voting Members are eligible to run for and vote at the BoD election. The AGM and the election will take place online. Members will receive the voting link on the day of the election (May30th at midnight) and have until 8pm of the same day to participate in the election. UTIRAN Voting Membership is restricted to UofT current students. Those interested in running in the election must first sign up themselves as members, and then they can move on to register themselves as candidates (both forms are provided below).

Election results will be sent out to our members and candidates after AGM by our Chief Returning Officer. Candidates will have an opportunity to talk about their plans and priorities during the AGM so voting members are encouraged to attend the event. The president of 2022-2023 BoD team will also provide a report on UTIRAN activities in the past year.
