or how to develop discipline
Discipline helps us to achieve our goals and be responsible for our actions.
So how to develop it?1. Goal. To be disciplined, you need to have a goal and strive for it. Write down the goal and put it in a prominent place for better effect.
2. Plan. Break your goal into small steps and make a plan on how you will accomplish them. This will help you organize the process.
3. Structuralism. To develop discipline, it is important to be consistent and stick to your plan. Don't procrastinate and don't break deadlines.

✨لوکا لمپاریلو شخصی هست که تو زندگیش تا الان ۱۲ تا زبان جدید یاد گرفته✨
و موفقیتش رو تو این موارد میدونه👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
📕نظم - مطالعه مستمر تو رو برنده میکنه.
📕مدیریت زمان - اینکه یه زمان رو مشخص کنی و تو اون تایم اختصاص داده شده زبان بخونی.
📕انگیزه - یه لامبروگینی بدون سوخت یه آهن پارست. انگیزه سوخت روش مطالعه توئه.
📕لذت - قراره مدتها درگیر زبان باشی، نه یک ماه، نه شش ماه، نه یک سال... پس این مسیر نیاز به لذت داره.
📕تنوع - در استفاده از زبان، در محتوای مصرفی، قالب مصرفی و... این باعث میشه بهتر پیش بری. البته تنوع اسراف نیست.
📕نگرش - اینکه به زبان مثل یه رفیق نگاه کنی، ذهنیتت مثبت باشه و با عشق زبان بخونی.
📕فعال بودن - اینکه همیشه مستقل باشی، حتی اگه کلاس میری، حتی مربی داری... باید خودت، خودت، خودت بخونی... اینکه معنی چیزی رو نمیدونی برو دنبالش، اگه ساختاری رو نمیدونی بگرد پیداش کن. اگه خودت دست به کار نشی، قاشق رو نمیذاره تو دهنت.
📕تکرار - تکرار مادر تسلطه. اگه یه روز یه درسی رو میخونی و فکر کردی یاد گرفتی باید بدونی که سخت در اشتباهی. باید چندین روز و چندین بار اونو مرور کنی تا قشنگ مسلط بشی. تسلط حفظ کردن نیست بلکه تصوره. اینکه بتونی سناریو داخل اون درس رو کاملا متصور بشی و هر جای دیگه ای دیدیش بتونی لمسش کنی.
📕منابع - منابع معتبر برای همه شما بایدیه. از هر منبعی استفاده نکنید. بلکه ببینید اون منبع برای شماست یا نه؟ هر شخصی هدف و نیازی داره و بهتر بر حسب اون منبعش رو انتخاب کنه و صرفا منبع یه فایل صوتی و یه متن نیست. اینکه طرف صداش به دلت میشینه؟ محتوای داخلش باب میلت هست؟ مدرس داخلش رو دوس داری؟ بهش اعتماد داری؟
📕اهداف روشن - اهداف روشن برات نیاز ایجاد میکنه و نیاز تو رو به هدفت میرسونه. اگه ندونی دقیقا از زبان چی میخوای هیچوقت نمیتونی زبان یاد بگیری.

Cohesive features are broader elements that contribute to the overall coherence and unity of a text. They include:

Synonyms: Using different words with similar meanings to avoid repetition while maintaining the same idea.
Conjunctions: Words like and, but, or, so that join clauses within a sentence.
Ellipsis: Omitting parts of a sentence that are understood from the context.
