This essay will probably get 7.5
Task Response - 7.0
Coherence and Cohesion - 8.0
Lexical resource - 7.0
Grammatical Range and Accuracy - 8.0
I wrote this with my PRE-IELTS group and so I tried to simplify it as much as I could.
There is a lot you can learn from the essay, especially in terms of Coherence and Cohesion. Pay attention to how I connected my sentences and ideas.

Abdulloh completed my IELTS course
An overall 7.5 with 7️⃣🔤5️⃣ in writing:)
Ha has always been a great student and I’m proud of him:)
Congratulations, Abdulloh 🔥🔥
I know many of you follow IELTS/English channels for the sport of it.
But if you learned at least one thing everyday from each channel you follow, you wouldn’t need a teacher.
I know most of you enjoy collecting books/videolessons/posts that you think you will use. Every learner passes this phase but the earlier you start taking actions rather than collecting, the better.
😎Learning one sentence structure a day is very much doable.
😎Reading a one-page article is more than doable.
😎Watching an episode or two of a TV show is not even a chore.
But you just waste your day away reading useless posts about how your teacher spent their day🤡

Читать полностью…Some people think that movies should only be for entertainment. Others think that they should also have educational values.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
There is a debate over the purpose of movies, with some saying it is to entertain the viewer and others arguing they should educate people. While education through movies would be beneficial, I believe the ultimate purpose of movies is to entertain people.
Some people argue that incorporating education into movies can be a wise move. Certain subjects, like history, can be effectively conveyed through a movie, offering a more accessible alternative to traditional learning methods. For example, studying a particular historical period in a conventional way often involves reading and analyzing several books but with movies the same period can be covered in a two-hour movie. The inclusion of elements such as wars, romance, dramas, and special effects also helps to retain the viewer’s attention, which can increase the effectiveness of the learning process through movies.
This argument, however, entails several flaws. Firstly, there is question over the accuracy of educational content that is conveyed through movies. Producers usually misrepresent or exaggerate scientific facts in order to increase the appeal of the movie. In historical movies, for instance, the historical accuracy is often met with criticism by experts. This goes to show that education through movies is not always the optimal approach.
Therefore, I would argue that movies should function as entertainment rather than an educational tool. The emergence of movies in the first place can support this argument. They were a form of visual storytelling designed to captivate audiences and provide them with immersive experience. This foundational role of movies is still relevant as many of us watch movies primarily to unwind and socialize with others instead of learning something.
In conclusion, integrating educational content into movies can be a strategic decision but there is a doubt over the accuracy of educational information in movies. So, I tend to believe that the ultimate aim of movies is to amuse audiences rather than educate them.

This weeks exam question👀
In the past, people stored knowledge in books. Nowadays, people store knowledge on the internet.
Do the advantages of this development outweigh the disadvantages?
Several decades ago, knowledge was mainly stored in books but today people rely on the internet to store information. While there are some drawbacks to this, they are outweighed by the benefits.
One disadvantage of storing books and information online is there is a risk of viruses. If a book or file is affected with a virus, it will be difficult or impossible to use it. This can not only prevent people from gaining important knowledge but it can also create problems for people’s devices. Reliability is another issue. By this I mean, information stored online can be easily changed and this can lead to misinformation. One notable example is Wikipedia – a website that provides a huge source of information. This website allows its users to edit information and as a result of this, there is a great deal of false information.
In my opinion, however, the positives of storing information and knowledge on the internet are more significant. One major advantage is information becomes more accessible. This means that anyone with the internet access can use a countless number of books, which is not possible with traditional physical books. Another convenience of storing knowledge online is there will no limit to how many books or how much information people can use. While people seek knowledge in conventional ways , such as by visiting libraries and reading newspapers and magazines, it is not always possible to find what they search. However, using the internet can help people to access any information they want.
In conclusion, there are some downsides to storing knowledge online, such as the risk of viruses and reliability issues. However, these are not as significant as the advantages, which include easy and unlimited access to information.

Gulsevar studied for 5 months with us.
She started in my PRE-IELTS(2 months) course(around b1-b2 level) and then the IELTS course(3 months)
Her hard work and consistency paid off!
An overall 7.0 in her first attempt!
Congratulations, Gulsevar:)🎉🎊
Iqbol completed my IELTS course
Although we were expecting a little higher score, 6.5 would be more than enough for him to get into a university.
Congratulations, Iqbol. I’m proud of you!
Both overviews are alright but I personally prefer the first one(I wrote both of them myself)
The first approach shows that apart from understanding the numbers(which I believe anyone can do), I can also show my ability to interpret the data and draw conclusions based on the information.
Take a look at this example.
In 2000, 15,000 people visited the X island
In 2001, 17,000 people visited the X island
In 2002, 20,000 people visited the X island.
Version A: the number of people visiting the X island increased(just numbers)
Version B: the X island became more popular with visitor(interpretation of the numbers)

Which overview is better? And Why?
Overall, the conventional news sources - TV, newspapers, and radio - fell out of favor and will continue to do so in the future. In contrast, it is predicted that the internet will have become a predominant news source by 2025.
Overall, the proportion of people relying on newspapers, TV, and radio fell and will continue to do so in the future. However, the figure for those using the internet to receive news is predicted to rise noticeably, becoming the most popular means of getting news.
