Users are assigned individual scores determining how censored they are out of 0-100% and whether their posts can be viewed without needing to already be a follower, as well as being assigned an "algorithm impact" score. Most of these censorship restrictions seem to be able to be bypassed if you pay monthly premium fees, though a paid user will still be tracked and flagged for dissidence in the system.
