🇬🇧 - Senior figures in Britain's ultra-right wing "Homeland Party" were forced out after opposing chairman Kenny Smith's decision to appoint a "femboy" as regional organiser for Northern Ireland.
Smith, who has been accused of working with leftist think-tank "Hope not Hate" in the past, referred to critics of his move as "cranks," claimed he had no idea about his appointment's past and attempted to suppress public discussion of the scandal.

SoyJak Party nerds discovered 4chan was using a dangerously outdated version of PHP and compromised the site. They were able to get access to virtually everything on the site. There is a thread on SoyJak Party about it
Drama escalated when moderators were discovered using emails as firstname-lastname with a .edu because it made it very easy for SoyJak Party nerds to find and meme 4chan moderators.
Drama only intensified more when SoyJak Party nerds memed and forged fake .gov email's into the 4chan moderator images shared. It result in hysteria as conspiracy theory nerds went off the deep end.
tldr tldr nerds raid some gay place, mods get mad, nerds go ballistic and all hell breaks loose

Incredible chart from The New York Times. The federal government gives 30 times as much research funding to universities as it did during the Cold War, adjusted for inflation. It gives almost three times as much as it did at the end of the Cold War.
Is America more innovative or better at research than it was 25 years ago? Just the opposite: Universities have fat endowments and thousands of highly-paid administrators, but their actual work is less impressive by the day.
Not only that, but campuses have embraced ideological poisons like DEI and critical race theory that are a death sentence for authentic science. And of course, every year brings another 4-5% hike in tuition.
The Trump Administration is right to demand immediate change. No more racial discrimination. No more Marxism masquerading as science. No more waste.
