⚡ Two simple Aayaat which shatters YQ's theory that invoking someone other than Allaah is not Shirk:
{He merges the night into the day, and He merges the day into the night. And He has subjected the sun and the moon, each runs its course for a term appointed. Such is Allaah, your Lord; His is the kingdom.
👉And those, whom you INVOKE or call upon instead of Him, own not even a Qitmeer (husk of a date-stone).
👉If you invoke them, they do not hear your call;
👉and if (in case) they were to hear, they could not grant it to you.
👉And on the Day of Resurrection, they will disown your Shirk (worshiping) them.
👉And none can inform you like Him Who is the All-Knower.}
📚 [Surah Al-Faatir (35): 13-14]
📑 These Aayaat are so simple to understand, one doesn't need to be a PhD:
1️⃣ While seeking help from someone, remember that he should have the ability to do what you are asking from him.
2️⃣ The person you are calling to should be present (someone who is alive and can hear you).
3️⃣ The dead cannot hear
4️⃣ Even if the dead were able to hear, they have no ability to benefit you or harm you.
5️⃣ Invocation, supplications, making Du`aa to other than Allaah is Shirk.
6️⃣ Only because someone is unaware of the ruling doesn't make that act permissible.
7️⃣ All these people who YQ is trying to support will disown him on the Day of Judgement.
8️⃣ No one can teach us about Allaah's religion than Allaah Himself, and He تعالى has revealed the Qur'aan for our guidance, and sent Muhammad ﷺ as a guide.
For a Believer, Victory only comes after succeeding in the Trials. The rest is all but a glittering of this worldly life which will soon fade away.

Just because they've invented the vaccine for covid-19 doesn't mean that you are immune from death. You still need to prepare for your Hereafter, and the best provision on your journey is to have Taqwa (being conscious of Allaah).

👉Inheritors of beautiful chambers in Paradise:
`Alee رضي الله عنه narrated that the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ said: ❝Indeed in Paradise there are chambers whose outside can be seen from their inside, and their inside can be seen from their outside.❞ A Bedouin stood and said: “Who are they for O Prophet of Allaah?” He ﷺ said: ❝For those who speak pleasantly, feed (the poor and the needy) people, Fast frequently, and offer the prayer at night when others are asleep.❞

👉 He will be among those who will receive the records of their good deeds in their Right hand:

{But he has not broken through the difficult pass. And what can make you know what is [breaking through] the difficult pass? IT IS THE FREEING OF A SLAVE, OR FEEDING ON A DAY OF SEVERE HUNGER (FAMINE), AN ORPHAN OF NEAR RELATIONSHIP, OR A NEEDY PERSON IN MISERY, and then being among those who believed and advised one another to patience and advised one another to compassion. These are the companions of the right hand.}

👉 What do you think....
1️⃣If making Wudhoo’ (ablution) is a means for forgiveness…
2️⃣…and walking to (the Masjid for offering) the Salaah raises your rank and effaces your (minor) sins…
3️⃣…and your waiting for the Salaah after having offered the Salaah is like Ribaat (guarding the frontier)…
4️⃣…and the supplication made between the Adhaan and Iqaamah is not rejected…
5️⃣…and after you have offered the Salaah, the Angels supplicate for you…
🌟…then what do you think will be the reward of offering the Salaah itself?

The question is not how much you love Allaah...for even the one who - does not pray or follow the Sunnah or care for the Halaal & Haraam - claims that he loves Allaah.
The real question is: Does Allaah love you?
This can only be answered by DOING what Allaah loves. As He تعالى said that He loves (some examples):
➡️ the Tawwaabeen (those who repent).
➡️ the Mutatahhireen (those who purify themselves).
➡️ the Muhsineen (the good-doers).
➡️ the Muttaqeen (the pious).
➡️ the Mutawakkileen (those who put their trust in Him).
➡️ the Muqsiteen (those who deal with equity).
And shunning that which He تعالى does NOT love:
⛔ the Kaafireen (the disbelievers).
⛔ the Mu`tadeen (the transgressors).
⛔ the Dhaalimeen (the wrong-doers).
⛔ the Mukhtaalin Fakhoor (the proud and boastful).
⛔ the Mufsideen (the mischief-makers).
⛔ the khaaineen (the treacherous).
Allaah make us of those whom He تعالى loves and does not make us of those whom He تعالى hates.
Anyone who has read about the treaty of Hudaibiyah, will know that at the onset it seemed to some of the Companions that making peace with the Mushriks of Makkah was like losing to them and surrendering to them even though they (the Companions) were upon Haqq. But with this treaty, Allaah brought greater good for the Muslims. There was peace, and the ultimate triumph was for the Muslims.
If making a peace treaty with the Kuffaar was beneficial for the Muslims, then making peace with a Muslim brother, or a Muslim society, or a Muslim nation can bring even greater success to the Ummah – by Allaah's permission. When treaties are made, even though they might not like it, yet a lot of conditions have to be agreed upon, and each side would want the complete benefit of this treaty in their favor, but eventually some compromises have to be made. But remember, whenever peace is made, there is a benefit for the individuals, for the society, and for the Ummah as a whole, as Allaah تعالى said:
وَالصُّلْحُ خَيْرٌ
{and making peace is better}
📚[Surah al-Nisaa (4): 128]
When the borders were closed between Saudi Arabia and Qatar, families on either side of the borders got stuck, for years parents couldn’t meet their children, siblings couldn’t meet each other. The Shayaateen and enemies of Islaam were happy. But now, alhamdulillaah, with opening the borders the families are united, and the nations can go about mending the ties and strengthening the relations between them. May Allaah give strength to our leaders and guide them in taking actions that will help in strengthening the nations and the Ummah as a whole.
Yet those Ruwaibidhah, those pretending to be journalists, defecating their two-cents everywhere, writing about things which they could not comprehend, were fanning the flames when the borders were closed, building their fan following and keeping them engaged on matters which was not their concern, involving the common people into politics yet at the same time propagating the idea of separating the politics from the religion. Scholars like Shaikh Sulaimaan are Ruhailee حفظه الله had made his point clear that the people in Qatar are our brothers and let this for the leaders to deal with, and that the individuals should not involve themselves in this, yet these wannabes, pretending to be journalists would not listen. And now when the borders were opened and the families were united, they are playing the role of the devil’s advocate. This Aayaah describes them well:
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ
{And when it is said to them: "Make not mischief on the earth", they say: "We are only peacemakers."}
📚 [Surah al-Baqarah (2): 11]
🔥 WHY THE NEED TO ASK OTHER THAN ALLAAH WHEN WE CAN CALL ALLAAH DIRECTLY?
In his talk that asking the dead or asking other than Allaah is not Shirk, Yaser Qaadhi forgot one simple Aayah, which he and everyone reads at least 17 times a day in their Obligatory prayers:
إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
{(O Allaah!) You (alone) we worship, and You we ask for help}
📚 [Surah al-Faatihah (1): 5]
⚡Then YQ added another twist, he's comparing calling/supplicating the dead same as him asking his son (who is alive) for help. He's comparing the dead with the living! He's comparing mangoes and apples!
{Nor are (alike) the living (believers) and the dead (disbelievers). Verily, Allah makes whom He will hear, but you cannot make hear those who are in graves.}
📚 [Surah Faatir (35):22]
👉While seeking help from someone, always remember two things:
1️⃣ the person you are calling to should be present (someone who is alive and can hear you).
2️⃣ he should have the ability to do what you are asking.
❌ So with this perspective in mind, remember that it is wrong to say to ask the dead because they cannot hear and they cannot do anything for you.
✅ No one can make your life pleasurable except Allaah تعالى, no one can bestow favors upon you except Allaah, and no human being can help you without Allaah's permission.
♻️ If ever, the dead are in need of our supplication and help. They are in need of us asking Allaah to forgive them and have mercy on them. There are so many Ahaadeeth on this.
♻️Reminder to myself first:
⚡The mistake which many people do: fluctuating in their Ibaadah; abandoning
Ibaadah in total, or being negligent or lazy once the afflictions have been removed.
{And when affliction touches man, he calls upon Us, whether lying on his side or sitting or standing; but when We remove from him his affliction, he continues [in disobedience] as if he had never called upon Us to [remove] an affliction that touched him. Thus is made pleasing to the transgressors that which they have been doing}
📚[Surah Yunus (10): 12]
══════❁✿❁══════
He تعالى also said:
{But if We let him taste good (favor) after evil (poverty and harm) has touched him, he is sure to say: "Ills have departed from me." Surely, he is exultant, and boastful (ungrateful to Allaah).}
📚[Surah Hood (11):10]

Wherever and whenever a person or a community or a nation disobeys Allaah, either by doing that which Allaah has prohibited or by consuming that which Allaah has made Haraam, and it becomes a way of life for them, then Allaah sends his punishment upon them which cleanses the earth of them.
When righteous people are replaced by corrupt people in higher positions, then fear the punishment.
🌟 Allaah تعالى said:
{And when We decide to destroy a town (population), We (first) send a definite order (to obey Allah and be righteous) to those among them [or We (first) increase in number those of its population] who are given the good things of this life. Then, they transgress therein, and thus the word (of torment) is justified against it (them). Then We destroy it with complete destruction.}
📚[Surah al-Israa (17):16]
🌟 Narrated Zainab bint Jahsh: The Prophet ﷺ got up from his sleep with a flushed red face and said: "None has the right to be worshiped but Allaah. Woe to the Arabs, from the Great evil that is nearly approaching them. Today a gap has been made in the wall of Gog and Magog like this." making a circle with his thumb and index finger. Zainab bint Jahsh said: "Shall we be destroyed though there are righteous people among us?" The Prophet ﷺ said: "Yes, when evil increases."
📚[Saheeh al-Bukhaaree]
🌴🌴🌴
A small organism (virus), a creation from the creations of Allaah, not visible to the naked eye, has brought a nation to a standstill by Allaah's permission. The streets - which were always overcrowded and where the traffic never stopped - have become empty. The flights have been canceled. Trade has been suspended. Borders have been closed. Hundreds have died and thousands more are infected. It's fear is everywhere. It's been declared pandemic.
Be it in the form of #Coronavirus in China, or #Influenza in the US, or #MERS in the Middle East, a virus had to remind us that indeed humans, with all their technological advancements, are still weak.
If only the people feared the Creator instead of the creation!
🎓Qataadah:
❝ The best provision is that which does not distracts you (from the remembrance of Allaah) nor does it make you rebel (against Him). ❞
📚 [ Tafseer Ibn Katheer ]
If you wanna know your worth with Allaah, then look at your deeds. Has Allaah guided you towards His obedience or abandoned you to commit sins?!

👉From the actions of the people of Paradise:
Al-Baraa' Ibn `Aazib رضي الله عنه said: A Bedouin came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: “O Messenger of Allaah! Teach me an action which will enable me to enter the Paradise.” He ﷺ said: ❝The question is a broad one, even though you have asked it in only a few words. Free someone and set a slave free.❞ The man said: “Are they not the same thing?” He ﷺ said: ❝No, freeing someone is setting someone free yourself. Setting a slave free is to contribute to the price of setting him free. You should also lend for milking a she-camel which has much milk and be well disposed towards a relative (even though he) has done wrong (to you). If you cannot do that, then feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, enjoin the good and forbid the bad. If you cannot do that, then restrain your tongue from everything except what is good.❞

🚩#3 From the merits of feeding the food to the needy and the poor
👉It is from the means of entering the Jannah:
`Abdullaah Ibn Salaam رضي الله عنه reported: I heard the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ saying: ❝O people, exchange greetings of peace (to one another), feed (the poor and the needy) people, strengthen the ties of kinship, and offer the prayer when others are asleep, you will enter Jannah in peace.❞
📚[Sunan Ibn Maajah (1334, 3251) and Sunan al-Tirmidhee (2485) and graded as “Saheeh” by Shaikh al-Albaanee]
🚩#1 From the merits of feeding the food to the needy and the poor
👉It is from the characteristics of the Abraar (righteous, those who fear Allaah):
{إِنَّ الْأَبْرَارَ يَشْرَبُونَ مِنْ كَأْسٍ كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا كَافُورًا؛ عَيْنًا يَشْرَبُ بِهَا عِبَادُ اللَّهِ يُفَجِّرُونَهَا تَفْجِيرًا؛ يُوفُونَ بِالنَّذْرِ وَيَخَافُونَ يَوْمًا كَانَ شَرُّهُ مُسْتَطِيرًا؛ وَيُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ عَلَى حُبِّهِ مِسْكِينًا وَيَتِيمًا وَأَسِيرًا؛ إِنَّمَا نُطْعِمُكُمْ لِوَجْهِ اللَّهِ لَا نُرِيدُ مِنْكُمْ جَزَاءً وَلَا شُكُورًا؛ إِنَّا نَخَافُ مِنْ رَبِّنَا يَوْمًا عَبُوسًا قَمْطَرِيرًا؛ فَوَقَاهُمُ اللَّهُ شَرَّ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ وَلَقَّاهُمْ نَضْرَةً وَسُرُورًا؛ وَجَزَاهُمْ بِمَا صَبَرُوا جَنَّةً وَحَرِيرًا}
{Verily, the Abraar (pious, who fear Allah and avoid evil), shall drink a cup (of wine) mixed with water from a spring in Paradise called Kaafoor. A spring wherefrom the slaves of Allaah will drink, causing it to gush forth abundantly. They (are those who) fulfill (their) vows, and they fear a Day whose evil will be wide-spreading. AND THEY GIVE FOOD, IN SPITE OF THEIR LOVE FOR IT (OR FOR THE LOVE OF HIM), TO MISKEEN (POOR), THE ORPHAN, AND THE CAPTIVE, (SAYING): “WE FEED YOU SEEKING ALLAAH’S COUNTENANCE ONLY. WE WISH FOR NO REWARD, NOR THANKS FROM YOU. VERILY, WE FEAR FROM OUR LORD A DAY, HARD AND DISTRESSFUL, THAT WILL MAKE THE FACES LOOK HORRIBLE (FROM EXTREME DISLIKE TO IT).” So Allaah saved them from the evil of that Day, and gave them Nadratan (a light of beauty) and joy. And their recompense shall be Paradise, and silken garments, because they were patient.}
📚[Surah al-Insaan (76): 5-11]
A man said: "O Allaah's Prophet! How will a Kaafir (disbeliever) be gathered (driven prone) on his face?" The Prophet ﷺ said: ❝Is not He Who made him walk with his legs in this world, able to make him walk on his face on the Day of Resurrection?❞ (Qataadah, a sub-narrator said: "Yes, (He تعالى can), by the Power of Our Lord!")
📚[Saheehain]
♻️ The Test with "Fear"
Fear plays such an important role in everyone's life - fear of hunger, fear of poverty, fear of losing wealth, fear of failing in exams, fear of death, fear of losing someone or something, and the list goes on - no wonder that the first thing Allaah تعالى mentioned, with which He will test us is, FEAR.
Allaah تعالى says:
{And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to As-Saabirûn (the patient).}
📚[Surah Al-Baqarah (2): 155]
💠 So follow their guidance:
A person is in a need to analyze and judge himself.
When you stand up in the last third of the night for the night prayers, then remember the sins you committed during the day.
If Allaah gives you success to stand in the night prayers, then know that it is from Allaah’s love for you; that He تعالى loves to see you stand in front of Him praying, supplicating, and seeking forgiveness.
Your getting up from your bed, the steps you take to make ablution, the steps you take to reach the place where you pray, are all from the means of washing away your minor sins. Then you stand in front of your Lord while everyone else is sleeping, and after the opening Takbeer you say:
“Verily, I have turned my face toward Him who created the Heavens and the Earth, Haneefaa (worshiping none but Allaah Alone), as a Muslim, and I am not of the idolaters. Verily, my Salaah, my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allaah, the Lord of the all that exists. He has no partner. And of this I have been commanded, and I am the first of the Muslims. O Allaah, You are the Sovereign and there is none worthy of worship but You, glory and praise be to You”
📚 [Sunan al-Nasaa’ee and it is "Saheeh" ]
Then Allaah opens the means for you, and you are able to recite Surah al-Faatihah and other Aayaat from the Qur’aan. Indeed Allaah loves to listen to the recitation of His Book by His slaves.
And you recite these Aayaat:
وَلَا تُخْزِنِي يَوْمَ يُبْعَثُونَ * يَوْمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٌ وَلَا بَنُونَ * إِلَّا مَنْ أَتَى اللَّـهَ بِقَلْبٍ سَلِيمٍ
{And do not disgrace me on the Day they [all the creatures] are resurrected - the Day when there will not benefit [anyone] wealth or children, but only one who comes to Allaah with a sound heart}
📚 [Surah al-Shooraa (26): 87-89]
And you repeat it, twice, thrice…
By Allaah! These Aayaat will melt even the hardest of hearts because a person fears being humiliated in this world, so how much will he fear being humiliated in front of all the creatures on the Day of Judgment?!
And this Aayah is like a Duaa, and Du
aa generates hope in the hearts of people.
And this Duaa was said by the Khaleel of Allaah, Ibraaheem عليه السلام, so what about us?!
aam (6): 90]
When you recite: {Do not disgrace me…}, you now realize that all the matters are in the Hands of Allaah: If He تعالى Wills, He will raise your status or will disgrace you; If He Wills, He will make you come closer or will distance you; If He Wills, He will have Mercy on you or will punish you; and that no person has the power to benefit himself or harm himself, and that the Decision on that Day will be wholly with Allaah.
And supplicating to Allaah through the supplications made by the Prophets is from one’s understanding of the Qur’aan. For Allaah تعالى said about these Prophets and Messengers in His Book:
أُولَـٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ هَدَى اللَّـهُ ۖ فَبِهُدَاهُمُ اقْتَدِهْ
{They are those whom Allaah had guided. SO FOLLOW THEIR GUIDANCE.}
📚 [Surah al-An
A person should look at the guidance taught by these Prophets. See how they used to supplicate to their Lord. Look at their method, and pursue their path, and follow their guidance, so that Allaah تعالى may forgive you.

🔥 During a Fitnah, the tongue (news and social media) becomes the tools of Shaitaan
Treaties are sometimes successful with both sides upholding the agreed conditions, and sometimes they are breached by one of parties involved. No one can be sure in the long run how it will turn out and that is never the point. The most important issue is to come to an agreement, to cooperate, and to keep aside the differences, as Allaah تعالى mentioned:
والصلح خير
{And making peace is better}
📚 [Surah al-Nisaa (4): 128]
👉 There is a saying that when two brothers fight, then the outsiders should not get involved except when they wants to reconcile between them. Otherwise, when the brothers make peace, then these outsiders will have no place to hide their face.
This is exactly what happened with the wannabe journalists. They had no place to hide their face! These "journalists" were fanning the flames when differences arose between the two countries. And now when the borders are opened, they are playing the devil's advocate. They are down playing this importance of this peace treaty, and throwing doubts on the success of the agreement.
Indeed, when there is a Fitnah, the lashing with the tongue is more severe than the sticking with the sword.
Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه narrated that the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ was asked about that for which people are admitted into Paradise the most, so he ﷺ said: ❝Taqwa of Allah, and good character.❞ AND HE ﷺ WAS ASKED ABOUT THAT FOR WHICH PEOPLE ARE ADMITTED INTO THE FIRE THE MOST, AND HE ﷺ SAID: ❝THE MOUTH AND THE PRIVATE PARTS.❞

One of the causes for religious burnout is when a religious person shifts his focus from religion to worldly glitters, he will burn out quickly and will get frustrated easily for not being able to compete with others in amassing wealth.
This is why we are reminded in the Qur’aan:
{And keep yourself (O Muhammad) patiently with those who call on their Lord (i.e. your companions who remember their Lord with glorification, praising in prayers, etc., and other righteous deeds, etc.) morning and afternoon, seeking His Face, and let not your eyes overlook them, desiring the pomp and glitter of the life of the world; and obey not him whose heart We have made heedless of Our Remembrance, one who follows his own lusts and whose affair (deeds) has been lost.}
📚 [ Surah al-Kahf (18): 28]
