PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia is seeking an experienced Risk Control Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our risk management initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence across our business sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the company's risk control management system, working closely with various departments to strengthen risk controls across all business areas.
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of project risk control measures, ensuring timely follow-up on identified risks and overseeing corrective actions.
• Conduct compliance reviews and regular audits to identify operational risks, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
• Oversee comprehensive risk assessments for investment projects, identify issues, and propose actionable solutions, while tracking the implementation of corrective plans.
• Manage post-investment activities, ensuring proper monitoring and evaluation of company investments.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field (candidates with the National Law Professional Qualification will be prioritized).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in risk management or a similar role, with involvement in system standardization and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of legal frameworks, including civil, commercial, and intellectual property law.
• A proactive problem-solver with a high sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
Language Proficiency: Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
