The bitcoin ETFs have put together a solid two weeks with $1.3b in inflows, which offsets the entirety of the negative flows in April- putting them back around high water mark of +$12.3b net since launch. This key number IMO bc it nets out inflows and outflows (which are normal)
Last two mos show why best not to get emotional over flows which come in and out, part of ETF life, but a) i think they'll net out positive long-term b) the flow amts on either side are small relative to aum maybe (1-2%) so it's never SO OVER or SO BACK if you think about it

It's consolidating under all time highs, during this time long time frame risk signal is quite low. Risk only starts climbing after the floodgates open.

🇨🇳China makes a move to support the property market.
- Downpayment for first-time buyers now 15% from 20%
- Downpayment for second homes now 25% from 30%
- Local government should acquire commercial homes at reasonable prices to turn them into affordable housing
- Local authorities should buy back or retract land parcels that have been sold but remain idle, as a means to ease developers’ cash flow strains.
- Lowers loan rate of individual housing provident fund by 25bps (last cuts were in 2022 and 2015)
Meanwhile, property prices fell again for the 10th straight month.
Some of these measures should alleviate some of the concerns surrounding the property market but it remains to be seen whether it jumpstarts buying from consumers.

Yesterday, May 16, the total net inflow of US Bitcoin spot ETFs was $257 million. Grayscale ETF GBTC had a net inflow of $4.6382 million in a single day. BlackRock ETF IBIT had a net inflow of $93.7004 million, Fidelity ETF FBTC had a net inflow of $67.0829 million.
