Apple will start locking iPhones with stolen parts

The storm is now raging along the state's coast, but is moving northeastward. Already, forecasters are talking about heavy downpours in neighboring states.
According to the Hurricane Center, Francine is about 60 miles north of New Orleans. The hurricane is expected to bring storm rainfall of 3 to 6 inches across Mississippi, eastern Arkansas, Tennessee, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
So far, nearly 400,000 households in Louisiana are without power. In neighboring Mississippi, nearly 65,000 homes are without power.
Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry says the National Guard will go to places affected by Francine. They have food, water, nearly 400 high-clearance vehicles, about 100 boats and 50 helicopters to respond to emergencies, including for possible search and rescue operations.
