We're almost ready to enable trading for all of our clients. However, we have noticed the DX Chart and Feed are not refreshing at the rate they should. To ensure our high standards are met, we've raised this to the DXtrade team and have been informed that they have multiple teams looking into it for the fastest resolution.
In the meantime, we encourage you to log in to the DXtrade platform and get comfortable with it. You can do this at dxtrade.instantfunding. io using the credentials found in the green key icon near your account on our Dashboard. Please note that this method is the most reliable way to access your credentials, as shown below your Platform Username, and Password will let you into the DXtrade platform.
We apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding. Due to the importance of a fast market data refresh rate, we are reluctant to enable trading until this has been resolved. This would negatively affect your trading experience, and we would rather have a small delay than a bad start to our new trading platform.
We're almost back to our cruising speed: today alone, we've processed over 100 payouts to our community! Once DXtrade refresh speed meets our requirements, Instant Funding will be back in full swing.

Getting back in the game
Once the migration is complete, to start trading, simply visit your Dashboard and copy the login details by clicking on the green key icon in the account section. A popup message will display your DXtrade credentials. Enter them on dxtrade.instantfunding.io to log in.
What to expect from DXtrade
As with everything in life, there are both exciting developments and room for improvement:
— Firstly, this industry turmoil has allowed us to lower commissions for FX pairs by 29% with our new feed providers.
— On the improvement side, our dedicated iOS and Android trading apps will take a few weeks to go live due to the review systems Apple and Google have. You can now trade on mobile devices, but the experience is less robust than a full-fledged trading app. We recommend trading on a desktop device until the apps are live. If you choose to trade on mobile via your browser, we suggest orienting your smartphone horizontally.
— It's also important to note that the new max lot size has been set to 25 lots to prevent any liquidity issues. You can always place multiple trades (i.e., 2 x 25-lot trades) to compensate for this, and we plan to increase the maximum lot size in the near future.
— Historical chart data is currently being added to the DXtrade charting widget. To get clients up and running as soon as possible, we have decided to proceed without a complete chart history for now, as most community members use TradingView to analyze the markets. We will be adding the complete chart data shortly.

We want to give you a quick update on the DXtrade migration.
As of today, March 6, we’ve completed the DXtrade platform setup, connected the liquidity provider, and have added new staff members and consultants to the team to help ensure the smoothest transition possible.
Right now, we’re testing trading across all instruments to be 100% confident in how trades are executed for you when we go live. We expect the technical part of DXtrade integration to be completed today.
This will allow us to complete the full migration early next week, a couple of trading days later than our original goal.
We hope you understand the need for meticulous testing of a new trading platform and are working harder than ever to complete the migration as soon as possible.

When will I receive my new DXtrade account?
We are working tirelessly to ensure a smooth transition to the DXtrade platform. We anticipate the implementation process to be completed by next week. We will keep you updated on our progress.
Can I still purchase accounts?
Yes, you can. Please note that trading will be paused after 6 pm GMT on Thursday, February 29. However, you will be able to resume trading through DXtrade after this pause.
What will happen to my current MT account?
Your MT account, including your balance, current phase (if applicable), and the countdown to your next payout, will be seamlessly transferred to DXtrade.
Will I be flagged for inactivity?
No, you will not be flagged for inactivity during this transition period. If you receive an email suggesting otherwise, please forward it to our support team for manual correction.
Will payouts be affected?
Payouts will be processed as usual. However, please be aware that there may be a slight delay in processing times this weekend during the transition to the new platform.
When will I receive additional benefits?

Thank you for your support during our migration to DXtrade. All accounts have been officially transferred and deployed, and we’re excited by the enthusiasm our open-minded community is showing for this new platform!
That said, we don’t want you to think that the Instant Funding team just booked itself a vacation. There is a lot of work to do, and we’re eager to do it. So, in the coming days, we’ll perform a set of maintenance projects that will make your experience with DXtrade even better. Here are the key activities:
— Crypto maintenance. Please note, crypto trading will be paused this weekend to execute this project.
— Indices will also undergo maintenance and get better increments and position sizing. Still, our community won’t encounter any downtime, as this project will be completed outside of trading hours.
— The Instant Funding team and our Tier 1 liquidity provider, will also focus on filtering out the sudden drop gold experiences at 22:00 UTC. Although this is real pricing from our liquidity provider, we will be aggregating more LPs into our feed. This will replicate the charting experience seen on TradingView – the more LPs that are added provide a better average data feed for each instrument.
But that’s not all! We’re also making strides in several exciting areas. Our team is in the final stages of testing the DXtrade mobile apps, additional trading platforms, exciting products, and a brand new type of promo. The Android app is set to launch in the next week or two, while the iOS is known for taking a little longer. We want to inform you of an important change in our trading platform due to a recent decision by our partner broker, ThinkMarkets.
On Thursday, February 29, 6 pm GMT, ThinkMarkets will cease to provide services to prop firms’ clients, in compliance with a request from our current trading platform provider.
While this development may seem concerning, we want to assure you that we have been preparing for such a scenario and have a plan in place to ensure this does not affect your trading experience with us.
Here’s our plan:
👉 We will be introducing DXtrade, an alternative trading platform, for our traders worldwide hopefully just next week! Rest assured, we are working tirelessly to expedite this process.
