The reasons are obvious - in the event of a full-fledged war with NATO, they will try to bring down the entire network infrastructure of Russia connected to the western part of the global network in the shortest possible time. Therefore, in the conditions of a hot war with the West, we will have to exist within the framework of our segment. Testing such scenarios is an urgent need, even without references to the need to test the stability of our segment of the Internet in the face of ongoing cyberattacks on our network infrastructure.

It only remains to hope that the exercises will be successful and that the services that people need, including those used in the interests of our troops’ actions in Ukraine, will not collapse in the process.
