An unforgettable sight of the world's highest Angel waterfall
Surprisingly, if you ask many people about a high and powerful waterfall, the famous Niagara Falls will involuntarily come to mind. Angel is almost 20 times taller than Niagara!
During the rainy season (it usually falls during the period from May to November), the amount of water that the waterfall passes through itself is absolutely titanic — every second (!) it is about 300,000 liters of water.

Jordan🇯🇴, "French Fortress" in Wadi Rum
Just the perfect decoration for any beautiful movie. No wonder scenes from famous films such as "Dune", "The Martian", "Prometheus", "Lawrence of Arabia" and many others were filmed in Wadi Rum.
A very beautiful castle in the desert, but in fact it is not a "French fortress", as it is usually written about without going into details.
This structure was created relatively recently (the foundation was laid in 1998) for the new location of Fort Boyard (the famous French TV show).

Hagia Sophia is a place of pilgrimage for all guests of Istanbul without exception. And this is not surprising. The ancient temple, which seems to have survived all possible trials over its centuries-old history, has retained its incredible attractiveness and energy.
The Hagia Sophia in Constantinople was the epicenter of Christian life in a huge region until 1453. When these lands came under the rule of the Ottoman Empire, the cathedral was turned into a mosque.
For a long time, the cathedral was more of a museum than a functioning temple, but on July 10, 2020, Hagia Sophia regained the status of a mosque.

Indonesia 🇮🇩
There is a place in Indonesia where even the most avid travelers have not been yet.
A place where mass tourism, deforestation, industrial fishing and the Internet have not yet reached.
A place where there are only small uninhabited islands with white sand, crabs scurrying everywhere and colorful hermit crabs, small villages and crimson sunsets, which are not found in Bali, Thailand, or the Maldives. Only here.
This place is the Raja Ampat Archipelago (translated as "Four Kings"), located in the eastern part of Indonesia, in the province of West Papua.

Many well-preserved monuments make Jerash unique, but it remains inaccessible and poorly located.

The "Heavenly Road of the Pamir Plateau" or "Ancient Panlong Road" ("Panlong" is a water dragon from Chinese mythology), this winding road passing through the Kunlun Mountains in Xinjiang is one of the most visually impressive in the world.

Maldives 🇲🇻
Why is the Maldives such a clear and blue sea?
Firstly, it is the purity of the water, because here it really is. The advantage of the Maldives is that they are located far enough away from trade routes, and therefore the water here remains clean and not poisoned. No oil fields, no heavy trucks.
Secondly, it is white sand because of the large amount of coral crumbs in it. Coral, as you understand, is also white. The rays of the sun, falling on the white bottom, are beaten off and create additional illumination of the water from below.

Australia, Lucky Bay Beach
Lucky Bay is the same beach in Australia where most of the photos with kangaroos are taken. In addition, it is believed that here is the whitest sand in the World. And although there are no tropical beauties of Queensland, this is certainly one of the best beaches in Australia.
The sandy coating on Lucky Bay Beach consists of the smallest grains of quartz without impurities - hence its milky color. It is not surprising that bonfires are not allowed on this beach.
Sheltered from the winds, Lucky Bay is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, fishing, surfing, launching small boats, as well as whale watching.

Boulders Beach is the famous penguin beach in South Africa, at a distance of about 40 km from Cape Town by road.
African penguins have been living on the warm coast since 1982. It all started with two breeding pairs, and over the years this colony has managed to increase to almost 3,000 individuals.
Favorable conditions for exotic birds were created when commercial trawling of fish in False Bay stopped: the number of sardines and anchovies, which form part of the penguins' diet, gradually increased in the waters.

Technologies allow to use for this purpose the water from city drains which has passed cleaning.
China 🇨🇳, Huangtengxia Tianmen Sky Walk Glass Bridge
This bridge is a real engineering miracle. It rises above the gorge at an altitude of 500 meters, which is easy to compare with a building of 166 floors. The edge of the bridge and the rock into which it is built are separated by 358 meters. The structure resembles a tennis racket, which is spread over a cliff.
When tourists walk across the glass bridge, they hear the sudden sound of broken glass. A split second, which may seem like a real nightmare, and cracks appear on the glass! However, this is just a sound and visual effect that will cause an adrenaline rush, and the colors of the world around will definitely become brighter.
