Hello Everyone, I am having 7 year 6 months + Experience in Fund Accounting Monthly Reconciliation, Portfolio daily and Monthly Reconciliation, External reconciliation, internal reconciliation. I also have Migration and Transition experience of External reconciliation and Fund Accounting reconciliation. If there is any opportunity for Team Lead or People management role please let me know.

Recently we have been notified by few members that there are certain individuals (Garvita Arora, Mitali Sinha, Rupali Saini, Trupti, Ekta Gupta and Ishita) who are frauds reaching out to our members from the group promising jobs/referrals/interviews. They claim to be HR in TCS or Accenture and redirect you to a trainer named VAIBHAV.

As admins, we ensure that these scammers are removed from the group immediately when notified. However, the scammers join the group under different names/disguise which is very hard to detect

—We request members to be very cautious and ensure that you don’t deal in monetary terms unless you know the person personally.

—Please do your own due diligence and be extra cautious when sending your personal information to any of the members.

— Report any such instances directly to the admins immediately

Admins cannot be held responsible for any monetary loss that you incur and cannot assist in recovering such amounts

Opportunity for Assistant Company Secretary at a Listed Company Which is a SEBI Registered Category I Merchant Banker

CTC: INR 3.60 to lakhs – INR 4.20 lakhs

Gender: Male/ Female.

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune
Candidate shall also be responsible for:
Merchant Banking Transactions like Main Board, SME & Start-up IPOs, Open Offer, Delisting & Demerger and Merger & Amalgamation.
Maintaining all statutory records like Minutes, Statutory Registers, and Policies.
Drafting Agreements on receipt of approval from Reporting Authorities.
Liaoning with Statutory, Secretarial and Internal Auditors.
Overall management of all activities pertaining to secretarial and legal compliances.
Advise the Board in ensuring good corporate governance and in complying with the corporate governance requirements and best practices.
Filling of Forms with Registrar of Companies.
Maintain the SEBI (Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Compliances) and Stock Exchange Compliances (Listing Regulations).
Compliances with SEBI LODR Regulations, SEBI ICDR Regulations, SEBI PIT Regulations, etc.
Preparation of Annual Reports, Corporate Governance Reports etc.
Ensure compliances holding Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings.
Monitoring of SEBI SCORES Portal, default monitoring, and Default updating on the NSDL portal, CDSL portal, SEBI SI Portal.

Requirements:

1. Qualification: Company Secretary.
2. Excellent understanding of Companies Act and SEBI Regulations.
3. Professional attitude and appearance.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication skills, proficiency in English language and IT fluency.
6. Travelling for meetings, in case of requirements.
7. Ability to work in a Team. Focused & goal driven, Possessing strong work ethics.
8. Research oriented. Ability to be resourceful and proactive.
9. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
