We are looking for an experiencedk Dayforce Application Tool Payroll ,  Need Team Lead  experience who handled us payroll .who will oversee and manage US  payroll operations using the Dayforce application. This role requires expertise in Dayforce configuration, implementation, and optimization to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.

Navi Mumbai US Shift- 6 AM- 3 AM, Hybrid Mode, Cabs provided

Looking  For experience  in US Payroll , 5 or 6 to 8 years experience.

Team handling experience needed 
US Payroll,  NA payroll, Dayforce tool, People mobility(employee shifts from on country to another) also having US payroll  experience.

JOB SUMMARY :

Mobility is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of Mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel traveling to various countries.  The Tax Associate needs to assist travelers going on cross border assignments on permanent or temporary basis with their relocation taxation needs. The main job responsibility is to assist tax vendor to calculate income tax including tax cost estimate, tax filing at the tax year end and resolve queries from traveler or project managers on day-to-day base.

Professional Qualifications
• Major in Tax, Finance or Accounting, or having relevant working experience (preferred)
• Having knowledge in Mobility – Immigration/Assignments (preferred)
• Customer service skills
• Good English proficiency, and accommodate to English working environment
• Self-starter, good analytical, and time management skills
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office software (particularly Word / Excel / PPT)

Role ;
The individual will work in team handling end to end tax operations for India assignees travelling abroad. In process work with various teams - Mobility Market Units Service Teams, Cross Boarder Finance team, Tax Vendors, Client Financial Service Team, Employee Tax Team etc.

I have also cleared my FRM withoiut doing MBA or any finance degree but I took a hard way to do that after my engineering. I need to study really hard to crack the same as well as I need to read a lot. Real world in risk management is not a theory what it teaches you but it certainly gives an opportunity to start the same.

Hello all,

Firstly my sincere apologies for sounding like a newbie/noob!

I graduated this year and currently I am a freelance Consultant in AI training to make some extra money. I am also studying for the FRM level 1 exam which is in May and I am hoping to look for a job in Finance after that.

In your experience, what steps should I take so that I don't mess up or end up in a mess? Am I thinking about this too late/too soon? Your guidance could be of a huge value to me as a fresher!
