Hiring for Top Investment banking firm

Role : KYC Associate - Client onboarding and AML
Exp : 5 to 7 Years
Location : Bangalore ( no relocations allowed)
Notice period : Immediate Joiners only

Roles :
5 to 7 years of experience in corporate KYC from Investment banking domain
Good ability to work – direct relation with Sales, Traders, Treasury, Flow team, Bankers, Structurers
Energetic, motivated, accountable, disciplined, strong ownership of the mandate.
KYC Prioritization Organisation
Periodic Review ,KYC ,AML
Excellent communication skills
Capacity to think out of the box to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Comfortable working in "project" mode, as well as “BAU”
Good understanding of global markets and banking activities

Preference for candidates holding CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or ICA (International Compliance Association) certification.
Must have experience working in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) within the KYC process.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process; preference will be given to candidates who have experience as a Case Manager in KYC department (Corporate and investment banking exp only)

Job Role & Responsibilities:
1)Alternative Investment Services Reconciliation:
Perform daily reconciliation of cash and positions across multiple prime brokers.
Maintain accounting records in multiple currencies, ensuring compliance with intraday deadlines.
Conduct research to resolve discrepancies, verify data against Bloomberg (BBG), and collaborate with onshore teams, treasury, operations, WSO, and brokers.
2) Asset Reconciliation for PAR and NAV:
Conduct morning activities such as pricing checks and reconciliations between OCR and Investone.
Prepare and send CFTC reports daily.
Handle end-of-day activities to verify MTM offsets and changes in fund market values.
Perform month-end asset reconciliations, clearing daily exceptions in portfolio management.
3.Reconciliation Analyst Role:
Handle reconciliations for a wide range of financial products, including commodities, securities, equities, bonds, FX, and money markets.
Ensure daily production of FOBO (Front Office to Back Office) reconciliations.
4)Structured Finance Data Management:

Gather and organize securitization documents such as Prospectuses, Pooling, and Servicing Agreements.
Manage data entry for mortgage-backed, asset-backed, and commercial-backed securities, maintaining data integrity.
Prepare structured finance data for analytic software, ensuring timely daily and monthly deliveries.
