Job Title: *Associate Process Manager - Billing and Brokerage*

Mumbai and Pune| Full-time (FT) | Financial Markets
Shift Timings –APAC/EMEA/ NAM |Management Level – APM | Travel Requirements – NA

Roles & Responsibilities

The Associate Process Manager will possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. This role requires identifying discrepancies and proposing optimal solutions using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate openness to inputs and views from all team members, fostering an inclusive team environment. Effective leadership, motivation, and inspiration towards achieving company objectives are key components of this role.

Additionally, the Associate Process Manager must be self-directed, proactive, and seize opportunities to meet internal and external customer needs. Achieving customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices, and process improvements is essential. Utilizing available frameworks and tools to enhance operational efficiency is a critical part of this role. Clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing, with clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors, is necessary.

Responsibilities include:

This is an individual contributor role that requires working collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels.
Leading, motivating, and inspiring a team to achieve company objectives.
Auditing processes, implementing best practices, and process improvements.
Utilizing frameworks and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Clearly articulating goals and thoughts to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.
Hands-on Experience of 3-5 years in manual or electronic brokerage platforms such as Atlantis, GMI, etc.
Researching and resolving problems related to specific P&S transactions.
Maintaining proper daily workflow documentation for regulatory and compliance purposes.
Ensuring thorough, easily accessible, and well-maintained documentation processes.
Interacting daily with external clients on trade capture-related queries.
Functional & Technical Skills

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in B. Com / BBM or a Master’s Degree in M.Com / MBA / PGDM. Hands-on *Experience of 3-5 years in manual or electronic brokerage platforms such as Atlantis, GMI, etc.* Strong logical and quantitative abilities to derive information from data are essential.
