How to Unstake?


1. Check Stake-Lock: Go to your staking bucket, tap on "Action/Edit," and look at the Unstake line. If it says "Not Capable," your Stake-Lock is still ON.

2. Turning Off Stake-Lock:

Tap on "Restake." or Edit

Turn the "Stake-Lock" OFF and confirm. Don't change anything else.


3. After Changing Stake-Lock:

After successfully changing the setting, the Unstake option will display a date, after which the user can Unstake. Unstaking takes 72 hours.

How to send IOTX from Metamask (when on IoTeX Mainnet) to Binance

1) In Binance - Go to Wallet » Deposit » IOTX » Select the IoTeX Network » Copy the io address

2) go to https://iotexscan.io/address-convert » paste copied address from step 1) » tap "Convert to 0x address" » Copy the converted address

3) Remember: Metamask only recognizes the web3 format i.e. starts with 0x

In Metamask » Send » Paste the converted address from step 2) » Fill all the other details » Proceed
