Look at the circled icon. That shows the active network is IoTeX. It doesn't matter if you created the wallet when you were on BSC or Eth. What matters is the network you used to send the IOTX

what's important is 1) where the asset is located, if it's on IoTeX, you can only use IoTeX. 2) If you want to send to BSC, the IOTX will have to be on BSC

In Metamask/ioPay mobile, there is a simple display which shows which network is the wallet on at the time. I'm not too sure about Token Pocket

Can you find it? Just in case, if you want to transfer to Binance, you will need to get the deposit address that it provides when you select the IoTeX Network. Not the BSC. Your asset is on IoTeX

I can confirm that the txsn was succesful and the IOTX is in the address. I'm not too familiar with Token Pocket wallet but for an EVM wallet, there should be an option to add custom network.

You can try adding the IoTeX Network to your wallet

The address is bsc format, i.e. 0x format, or EVM format. For every EVM format there is an io version. And IoTeX is an EVM compatible network. The hash that you shared showed the details of the txsn when searched using IoTeXScan. So it is on IoTeX Network. Not BSC
