It’s official. Iotex network is messed up rn. Using different device different connections and getting the same error.

Balance not correct on instances coins and withdrawals were already executed but yet it shows easy to withdraw.

I can not determine what the true status is

I changed the network to the other two options on the ioPay wallet and it says failed. Only the first option works but the transaction activities shows 19hours waiting
