Hello everyone.
We have been notified by the HKIPD that Hong Kong will commence issuing electronic certificates starting June 28, 2024. This change, however, does not apply to trademark cases that were published prior to March 15, 2024.
If a client wishes to revert to receiving paper trademark certificates instead, we will need to submit a written request within 6 weeks of receiving the notice of publication.
