• The Syrian IP Office has resumed operations today following the fall of the Bashar al-Assad regime.
• International companies and foreign individuals can now register trademarks without the need for prior security approval.
• Turkish citizens and companies are now permitted to register their trademarks, a significant change from the previous restrictions where all their applications were refused.
• The IP processes are gradually returning to normal, and we anticipate the extension of deadlines for oppositions and legal actions.
Additionally, courts are functioning as usual.
We are delighted to inform you that Mark Your Mark has a direct office in Damascus and is fully operational.
