INOXGFL Group plans to list INOX Clean Energy on domestic stock exchanges in the upcoming financial year ( FY26 ) - CNBCTV18 Citing Sources
The company aims to raise ₹5,000 crore from the issue.
INOX Clean Energy will be the fifth listed entity of the $12 billion group.
The group plans to offer 10-15% stake at a valuation of ₹50,000 crore ($6 billion).
