According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Parviz Heydari, a 62-year-old Baha’i resident of Tehran, lost his life on March 3 after shrapnel struck his car while he was returning home from work.
According to the report, his car was hit by shrapnel during the incident. In a video circulating from the scene, Iranian Red Crescent rescue workers can be seen removing his body from the passenger side of the vehicle and placing it into a body bag.
Heydari was married, the father of two children, and the grandfather of a three-year-old. For many years, he had run a shop and worked in Tehran’s Dampezeshki Street area. According to relatives and acquaintances, he was widely known as a kind, well-respected, and trustworthy person among family members, friends, neighbors, and local shopkeepers. Local sources reported that after news of his death spread, many residents and business owners in the street where he worked installed condolence banners in his memory.
According to the information received, Heydari had also served as a soldier during the Iran-Iraq War and spent 28 months in war zones. Relatives recount that during the war he once survived a shrapnel strike that hit the trench where he and other soldiers were stationed; although he escaped serious injury, a fellow soldier beside him was killed in that incident.
Nearly four decades later, Heydari ultimately lost his life after shrapnel struck his vehicle. Like many others who have lost their lives in these events, he is remembered as having become an enduring name in the struggle for freedom in Iran.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Jafar Javidi, a 29-year-old resident of Haft-e-Tir Boulevard in Mashhad, was killed by direct fire from live ammunition during the January 2026 protests in the city. According to informed sources, he was known among friends and acquaintances by the name “Javid.”
According to the report, Mr. Javidi had previously been arrested during the 2022 protests. Available information indicates that following his arrest he was subjected to approximately 15 days of torture, ill-treatment, and pressure to extract forced confessions. He was later transferred to Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad and eventually released on bail. Sources close to him say that he suffered serious injuries to his jaw, ear, and eye as a result of the torture during that period.
According to the information received, on January 8, 2026, Jafar Javidi was present at the protest site carrying bandages and basic first-aid supplies and was assisting injured individuals. Eyewitnesses state that while he was tending to the wounded, he was struck by direct fire from live ammunition in his left side.
Witnesses report that after he was shot, firefighter Hamid Mahdavi carried him on his back away from the scene. Mr. Javidi was then taken to a local clinic; however, according to the attending physician, he showed no signs of life upon arrival.
According to the report, his family and relatives located his body later that same night after searching for him. Due to the tense security conditions, the family transported his body by their car to their home and kept it there for several hours. Because Mr. Javidi had been out on bail at the time of his death, the family then transferred his body to Behesht-e Reza Cemetery in Mashhad and handed it over to the forensic authorities to complete the burial procedures.
Reports indicate that the funeral and burial of Jafar Javidi were held under heavy security presence. Local sources say that he was killed while attempting to provide assistance to injured protesters.

بر اساس گزارش رسیده به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، مهدی کناری خانیآبادی، شهروند ۴۴ ساله و ساکن بهارستان اصفهان، در تاریخ ۱۹ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در جریان اعتراضات دیماه، بر اثر شلیک نیروهای سرکوبگر جان خود را از دست داد.
بر اساس این گزارش، وی یک روز پیش از تولدش، در چهارراه ایثار بهارستان، با اصابت یک گلوله از پشت سر که گفته میشود توسط تکتیرانداز شلیک شده بود، کشته شد.
بنا بر این گزارش، نیروهای امنیتی پس از جانباختن او، خانوادهاش را تحت فشار قرار دادند تا وی را بهعنوان «بسیجی» معرفی کنند؛ اما خانواده از پذیرش این روایت خودداری کردند. با این حال، مدتی بعد نام او در فهرست منتشرشده کشتهشدگان اعتراضات دی ماه از سوی نهادهای حکومتی به عنوان «تروریست» درج شد.
پیکر این جانباخته یک هفته پس از واقعه، در سوله میوه و ترهبار اصفهان پیدا شد و در نهایت تحت تدابیر شدید امنیتی در باغ رضوان اصفهان به خاک سپرده شد.

Authorities in Minab, located in Hormozgan Province in southern Iran, have reported that the death toll from yesterday’s incident at a girls’ school in the city has risen to 148, with more than 95 others injured. According to local officials, the majority of those killed were students.

بهگفته منابع مطلع، آقای شجاعی پس از حدود ۱۰ روز درمان بهبود نسبی یافته و قرار بوده از بیمارستان مرخص شود؛ با این حال، وی بهطور ناگهانی پس از مصرف دارو دچار وخامت شدید حال شده و جان خود را از دست میدهد.

بر اساس گزارشی که به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران رسیده است، پرویز حیدری، شهروند بهایی ۶۲ ساله ساکن تهران، روز ۱۲ اسفند در حالی که از محل کار خود در حال بازگشت بود، بر اثر اصابت ترکش به خودروی شخصیاش جان خود را از دست داد.
طبق این گزارش، خودروی سمند او در جریان این حادثه هدف ترکش قرار گرفت. در ویدیویی که از محل حادثه منتشر شده، دیده میشود که نیروهای امدادی هلال احمر پیکر او را از درِ سمت شاگرد خودرو خارج کرده و در کیسه مخصوص انتقال میدهند.
پرویز حیدری متأهل و پدر دو فرزند بود و یک نوه سهساله داشت. او سالها در خیابان دامپزشکی تهران مغازه داشته و مشغول به کار بود و به گفته نزدیکان و آشنایانش، فردی خوشنام، مهربان و مورد اعتماد در میان خانواده، دوستان و همسایگان به شمار میرفت. به گفته منابع محلی، پس از انتشار خبر جانباختن او، بسیاری از همسایهها، کسبه و ساکنان خیابانی که محل کارش در آن قرار داشت با نصب بنرهای تسلیت یاد او را گرامی داشتند.
بر اساس اطلاعات دریافتی، آقای حیدری در زمان جنگ ایران و عراق نیز بهعنوان سرباز به مدت ۲۸ ماه در مناطق جنگی حضور داشته است. بنا بر روایت نزدیکان او، وی در آن دوران نیز یکبار در سنگر محل استقرار خود هدف ترکش قرار گرفته بود که آن حادثه بدون آسیب جدی برای او پایان یافت، هرچند یکی از سربازان همراهش در همان واقعه جان باخته بود.
با گذشت حدود چهار دهه از آن رویداد، پرویز حیدری در نهایت بر اثر اصابت ترکش جان خود را از دست داد و در این مسیر همچون بسیاری از جانباختگان این رویدادها، در راه آزادی ایران جاویدنام شد.

طبق این گزارش، آقای جاویدی پیشتر نیز در جریان اعتراضات سال ۱۴۰۱ بازداشت شده بود. بر اساس اطلاعات موجود، وی پس از بازداشت به مدت حدود ۱۵ روز تحت شکنجه، بدرفتاری و فشار برای اخذ اعترافات اجباری قرار گرفت. او سپس به زندان وکیلآباد مشهد منتقل شد و در نهایت با قرار وثیقه آزاد گردید. منابع نزدیک به او گفتهاند که در نتیجه شکنجههای آن دوره از ناحیه فک، گوش و چشم دچار آسیبهای جدی شده بود.
بر اساس اطلاعات دریافتی، جعفر جاویدی در تاریخ ۱۸ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ با همراه داشتن باند و لوازم کمکهای اولیه در محل اعتراضات حضور داشت و به مجروحان رسیدگی میکرد. شاهدان عینی گفتهاند که او در حال کمک به مجروحان بود که از ناحیه پهلوی چپ هدف شلیک مستقیم گلوله جنگی قرار گرفت.
به گفته شاهدان، پس از اصابت گلوله، آتشنشان حمید مهدوی او را بر پشت خود حمل کرده و از محل درگیری دور میکند. سپس آقای جاویدی به یک درمانگاه محلی منتقل میشود. با این حال، بنا بر توضیحات پزشک درمانگاه، او هنگام رسیدن به مرکز درمانی فاقد علائم حیاتی بوده است.
بر اساس این گزارش، خانواده و نزدیکان او پس از جستوجو در همان شب پیکر بیجان وی را پیدا کردند. با توجه به شرایط امنیتی و محدودیتهای موجود، خانواده پیکر او را با خودروی شخصی به منزل منتقل کرده و برای مدتی در خانه نگهداری کردند. از آنجا که آقای جاویدی در زمان مرگ با قرار وثیقه آزاد بود، خانواده پیکر او را به آرامستان بهشت رضای مشهد منتقل کرده و آن را برای طی مراحل قانونی به پزشکی قانونی تحویل دادند.
مراسم تشییع و خاکسپاری جعفر جاویدی نیز بنا بر گزارشها تحت تدابیر شدید امنیتی برگزار شده است. منابع محلی میگویند که او در زمان کشته شدن در حال کمکرسانی به مجروحان اعتراضات بوده است.

بر اساس گزارشهای منتشرشده، نهال (کوثر) آهوقلندری، شهروند جوان اهل خرمآباد، روز ۹ اسفند در پی تیراندازی نیروهای امنیتی جان خود را از دست داد. منابع محلی میگویند او به همراه چند نفر از دوستانش در خودرو حضور داشته که هدف تیراندازی مستقیم قرار گرفته است.
بر پایه این گزارشها، گلوله به قلب نهال آهوقلندری اصابت کرده و او جان باخته است. گفته میشود این حادثه در محدوده میدان «کیو» در شهر خرمآباد رخ داده است.

The report further states that following his death, security forces pressured his family to present him as a member of the Basij; however, the family refused to accept this narrative. Despite this, his name was later included on a list published by government authorities labeling those killed during the January protests as “terrorists.”
His body was discovered one week later in a fruit and vegetable warehouse in Isfahan. He was subsequently buried under heavy security measures at Bagh-e Rezvan Cemetery in Isfahan.

بر اساس گزارش رسیده به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران، ابوالفضل جاذبی، شهروند ۲۰ ساله و ساکن شاهینشهر استان اصفهان، در تاریخ ۲۵ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در جریان اعتراضات دیماه بازداشت و به زندان مرکزی اصفهان منتقل شده است.
طبق این گزارش، وی در محل کار خود، شرکت مک ماکارون در شاهینشهر، بازداشت شده است. تا زمان تنظیم این گزارش، آقای جاذبی از حق تماس تلفنی و ملاقات حضوری با خانواده محروم بوده است.
ابوالفضل جاذبی مبتلا به بیماری خاص ترومبوسیتوپنی است؛ بیماریای که با خطر خونریزی و عوارض بالقوه جدی همراه بوده و نیازمند مراقبت و نظارت پزشکی مستمر است. ادامه بازداشت وی بدون دسترسی به خانواده و رسیدگی پزشکی کافی، نگرانیها درباره وضعیت سلامت و ایمنی او در بازداشت را تشدید کرده است.
با توجه به محدودیتهای شدید دسترسی به اطلاعات و شرایط امنیتی حاکم، در حال حاضر امکان راستیآزمایی مستقل تمامی جزئیات این گزارشها فراهم نیست.

بر اساس گزارشی که به مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران رسیده است، علی صالحپور، شهروند ۱۹ ساله و ساکن فولادشهر استان اصفهان، روز ۱۸ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در نزدیکی ساختمان دادگستری این شهر هدف اصابت گلوله جنگی قرار گرفت و جان خود را از دست داد.
طبق این گزارش، گلوله به ناحیه ران پای این شهروند اصابت کرده بود؛ با این حال، مأموران حاضر در محل با جلوگیری از امدادرسانی فوری، مانع انتقال وی برای درمان شدند و او را در وضعیت بحرانی نگه داشتند تا جان باخت.
پیکر این جانباخته پس از حدود یک هفته به خانوادهاش تحویل داده شد و بنا بر گزارشها، مراسم خاکسپاری وی تحت فشار و محدودیتهای امنیتی انجام گرفته است.

در دو روز گذشته، گزارشهایی از حمله به مراکز امنیتی، انتظامی، زندانها و بازداشتگاهها در شهرهای مختلف ایران منتشر شده است. همزمان با تمرکز رسانهها بر ابعاد نظامی، نگرانیهایی جدی درباره وضعیت زندانیان و بازداشتشدگان در این مراکز مطرح شده است.
بر اساس حقوق بینالملل بشردوستانه، حتی در جریان مخاصمات مسلحانه، حفاظت از افراد بازداشتشده الزامی است. طرفهای درگیر موظفاند از به خطر افتادن جان زندانیان و بازداشتشدگان جلوگیری کنند و در صورت وقوع حمله، اقدامات فوری برای تأمین امنیت و انتقال آنان انجام دهند.
شفافسازی فوری درباره وضعیت بازداشتشدگان، اعلام محل نگهداری آنان و تضمین دسترسی خانوادهها به اطلاعات، ضروری است. مسئولیت مستقیم حفاظت از جان و سلامت افراد بازداشت شده بر عهده مقامات و نهادهای جمهوری اسلامی است.

بر اساس اعلام دادستان شهرستان میناب، شمار کشتهشدگان روز گذشته مدرسه دخترانه در این شهر به ۱۴۸ نفر رسیده و بیش از ۹۵ نفر نیز زخمی شدهاند. به گفته مقامهای محلی، بیشتر قربانیان را دانشآموزان تشکیل میدهند.
مدرسه دخترانه «شجره طیبه نیروی دریایی سپاه میناب» در مجاورت چند ساختمان وابسته به سپاه، از جمله درمانگاه شهید آبسالان و مجتمع فرهنگی سیدالشهدا سپاه، قرار داشته است.
بر اساس حقوق بینالملل بشردوستانه، هدف قرار دادن مستقیم اهداف غیرنظامی از جمله مدارس، نقض جدی قوانین جنگ محسوب میشود. همچنین استفاده از مراکز غیرنظامی برای مقاصد نظامی، در صورتی که موجب به خطر افتادن جان غیرنظامیان شود، میتواند ناقض تعهدات بینالمللی و اصل تفکیک میان اهداف نظامی و غیرنظامی باشد.
با توجه به ابعاد انسانی این حادثه و شمار بالای قربانیان کودک، انجام یک تحقیق مستقل، بیطرف و بینالمللی برای روشن شدن تمامی ابعاد این رویداد، از جمله نحوه هدفگیری، موقعیت نظامی احتمالی در اطراف مدرسه و مسئولیت طرفهای درگیر، ضروری است.
در شرایطی که دسترسی مستقل به محل حادثه و اطلاعات میدانی محدود است، راستیآزمایی کامل جزئیات همچنان نیازمند بررسیهای تخصصی و بینالمللی خواهد بود.

ویدیویی منتشر شده که نشان میدهد نیروهای ضدشورش و سرکوبگر جمهوری اسلامی در اطراف زندان اوین مستقر شده اند. کمیته آزادی زندانیان سیاسی اعلام کرده که نظم اداری زندان فروپاشیده، برخی پرسنل محل را ترک و توزیع غذا متوقف شده است. به گفته این نهاد، قطع ارتباط زندانیان با خانوادهها و تعطیلی فروشگاه زندان، جان هزاران زندانی را در معرض خطر قرار داده است.
مرکز اسناد حقوق بشر ایران با ابراز نگرانی جدی، مسئولیت جان و سلامت زندانیان را متوجه مقامات قضایی و سازمان زندانها دانسته و خواستار تأمین فوری غذا، خدمات درمانی و امکان تماس با خانوادهها شده است.

According to a report received by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, Younes Shojaei Berjui, a 40-year-old resident of Zarrinshahr in Isfahan Province, was wounded by three gunshots on January 8, 2026, and transferred to a hospital in the city.
Informed sources say that after about ten days of treatment he had shown relative improvement and was expected to be discharged. However, shortly after taking medication, his condition suddenly deteriorated and he died.
It has also been reported that government forces conditioned the release of his body to the family on either paying one billion toumans (Approximately $9,500 USD) or signing a statement declaring that he had been a member of the Basij. Unable to pay the demanded sum, the family was compelled to provide the declaration in order to receive the body.
Due to restrictions on access to information and the prevailing security conditions imposed on the families of killed citizens, independent verification of all details of these reports is currently not possible.
