Give up what you see in exchange for what you do not see now and cannot observe.
Fight against the inclinations of your souls and the passion of your hearts.
All this is heavy on the soul. Don't take issue with my use of the term "heavy".
God named it like this:
“We are going to send down to you a weighty discourse...” (V.5/S.73).
All great elevations are heavy on the soul.
The student's abandonment of television and his investment in his studies is a heavy thing.
The scholar's abandonment of meetings of distraction and his occupation with reading and teaching is heavy.
The abandonment of the bed by the sleeper and his acquittal of the Subh/fajr prayer is heavy.
A man leaving his wife and children for Jihad is a heavy thing.
Therefore you find the depraved more numerous than the pious, and the distracted persisting in error more numerous than the summoners walking in the right path.
This is why following the majority blindly and without proof, is
confusing most of the time.
“O Prophet!˺ If you were to obey most of those on earth, they would lead you away from Allah’s Way. They follow nothing but assumptions and do nothing but lie.” (V. 116/S.6).

The lower self [nafs] relates to the mundane realm. The heart [qalb] relates to the world between the mundane and the spiritual realm.
This mystery [sirr] relates to the spiritual realm.
Shaykh Hamdun al-Qassar was asked about those who follow the path of blame.
He described them thus:
"They are a group of people [qawm] that outwardly has no signs to distinguish them from others, nor do they inwardly make claims regarding God, the Elevated.
That which is between them and God in their mystery [sirr] is perceived by neither their inner hearts nor their outer hearts "

Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ashari narrated that the Holy Prophet pbuh said,
‘Verily, Allah gives respite to the cruel, until, when He grabs him, then He does not release him.’
After saying this, the Prophet of Ramah pbuh recited verse 102 of Surah Hood of part 12:
(And such is the seizing of your Lord when He seizes the towns upon their injustice; indeed His seizing is painful, severe.)
The terrorists, dacoits, murderers and criminals should pay heed to the above-mentioned incident. They should not forget about the consequences of their doings, as, whenever divine torment grabs such people, they suffer a terrible death and there is none to mourn for them.
Above all, there would be tormenting punishment in the Hereafter which nobody can bear.
No doubt, oppressing the people is a sin. It brings suffering in the worldly life and the afterlife, and results in the torment of Hell.
Cruelty is a violation of the commandments of Allah and His Beloved and Blessed Prophet and it results in the violation of human rights.

Maryam bint Imran (alaiha salam)
The most chaste and pious of all women, she was given a unique blessing by Allah – she gave birth to Issa (alaihi salam) while still a virgin.
Today the most modern medicines and facilities do not stop a woman from screaming and shouting in pain while giving birth.
Imagine her going to a secluded wilderness and having labour pains sitting under a tree.
And then she came back, and guess what? The very example of piety, Maryam, is accused of adultery. It is not an easy thing to endure for such a woman.
But her Lord had commanded her not to say anything, so she just pointed at her infant son pbuh.
And then, the gift of her patience, Issa ibn Maryam pbuh, replied to the people accusing her:
[Jesus] said, “Indeed, I am the servant of Allah . He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet. [19:30]

The reality is that Imam Abu Hanifah, defended the sunnah and aqeedah from many heretic beliefs and deviations in his time, and made a monumental contribution to the science of fiqh, on which those who came later depended upon.
Abdullah Ibn Al-Mubarak said,
‘Abu Hanifah was the most knowledgeable of people’
Imam Al-Shafi’i said about him:
‘The people are indebted to Abu Hanifah when it comes to fiqh’

Yaqub ibn Ishaq ibn Ibrahim (alaihi salam)
When someone says "sabr"/ Patience, you often hear the word "jameel"/ beautiful added to it.
This famous phrase was used by Prophet Yaqub pbuh. The story begins with the enmity between two groups of his own sons – one group containing Yusuf pbuh and Benyamin, another group the rest of his sons who were in fact much older than the other two.
These older sons were extremely jealous of Yusuf pbuh, and so one day they took him pbuh and threw him pbuh in a well, and then came back to their father weeping and saying that a wolf ate him pbuh.
Yaqub pbuh, who was very intelligent, guessed the real story.
Imagine your favorite son being harmed by your other sons, wouldn’t it make any sane person crazy in grief and rage?
But what did Yaqub pbuh say?
"Sabrun Jameel!" (Beautiful Patience)
Imagine how much trust in Allah you need to do that.
This is what he pbuh said,
([Yaqub] said, “Rather, your souls have enticed you to something, so patience is most fitting.
And Allah is the one sought for help against that which you describe.”) (Surah Yusuf v 18)

What will distance me from the anger of Allah? - Luton Muslims Journale
Quran
(Race with one another towards Forgiveness from your Lord and towards a paradise the width of which spans the heavens and the earth. It has been prepared for the God-fearing.
The ones who spend (for Allah’s sake) in prosperity and adversity, and those who control anger and forgive people. And Allah loves those who are good in their deeds, [3:133 and 134])
Ibn Rajab reported: It was said to Ibn al-Mubarak, may Allah have mercy on him,
“Summarize good character for us in a single sentence.”
Ibn al-Mubarak said, “Leave aside anger.”
Ibn Rajab said,
“The same explanation was offered by Imam Ahmad and Ishaq ibn Rahawayh, that good character is to leave aside anger.” [Jami’ al-‘Ulum wal-Hikam 1/363]
Control anger/ “Don’t become angry” doesn’t mean that it is impermissible to have any sort of anger, because that would be outside human ability.
There is a rule in Usul al-fiqh which states that it is not permissible for someone to be held accountable for that which he can’t control.
Anger is part of human nature.
The real question is, what is the permissible level of anger?
How can we handle that anger when we do become angry?

Violence is not a basis; what is fundamental in Islam, when it comes to debates of ideas, is to convince others, to have a policy or a reality admitted. Islam says through the divine word:
“Tell My ˹believing˺ servants to say only what is best. ”, (the night journey S.17; V.53).
This verse encourages the Muslim to express the best of the best words. This is why he must have an in-depth knowledge of the words he uses, their stories, the connotations more or less that they may contain in order to appease him.
Even in matters of Preaching, Islam recommends wisdom and good advice.
To be convinced of this, simply read Verse 125 of Surah “the bees”,
“Call unto the way of thy Lord with wisdom and fair exhortation.”

The Sufis had a deep intellectual disagreement over the relationship between the love of God and the love of Creation.
Many early Sufis, including Dataa Hujweri, felt that the word "Ishq" should not be used to describe humanity's love for the Divine. It is preferable to use words like "Mohabbat" instead.
Some Sufis, like Ruzbihan Baaqli, who wanted to stop the term "Ishq" from being used to describe both divine and human love, claimed that human love served as a kind of "ladder" that led to the [higher] Divine Love.
The love for creation (which would obviously include love for and among humans) has been relegated to the status of "metaphorical" [Majaazi] love by later Sufis and many modern academics of Sufism (Majaazi).
The Sufis of the Mazhab-e-Ishq dissociated themselves from the aforementioned categorizations and declared that the love of God is an Ishq that would embrace all of His creations.

Your Shield: The last 3 Sūrahs of the Qur’ān
Social media has become an integral part of today’s life. Unfortunately it has made us much more vulnerable to evil eye.
We should be wary of posting pictures of ourselves, our possessions or our children on social media.
Similarly we should not wistfully gaze at the blessings of others and envy them for it. We should reflect on how using social media affects our health, family relations, spirituality and ultimately our relationship with Allah ﷻ.
The last 3 Sūrahs of the Qur’ān are the strongest protection against envy, evil eye, magic and jinn.
It is Sunnah to read them three times in the morning and evening, three times before going to sleep, once after every Salāh, and when one is ill.
This shows their importance!
‘These Sūrahs are extremely effective in repelling magic, evil eye, and the rest of the evils.’ (Ibn al-Qayyim)
‘The need for a slave to seek Allah’s protection with these Sūrahs is greater than his need for eating, drinking and clothes.’ (Ibn al-Qayyim)

• Common olive oil is obtained from black olives, when they are ripe and richer in oil.
💭 At this time many polyphenols have disappeared.
🔎 It is at another very precise stage of the growth of the still green and so-called “rotating” olive that we find the greatest concentration of polyphenols! (50 times more than the best standard olive oils).
⚗ The disadvantage is that the quantity of oil is very small, for this reason this type of olive oil is very rare and expensive!
👍🏼 For example: this type of olive oil has the ability to kill a cancer cell in 50 minutes (approximately) where our body takes approximately 2 days.

The Prophet Muhammad (Allah bless him and give him peace) said,
"Convey on my behalf, even if it is only a single verse."
This hadith entails three things.
[1] Taklif--the moral duty to convey the truth.
[2] Tashrif--the honor of conveying on behalf of the Prophet (Allah bless him andgl give him peace).
[3] Takhfif--a lightening of burden, for one is only charged with conveying what he knows, even if it is a just a single verse of the Quran.🍂🥀🍂
